Hello i'm starting today this routine, i'm 18 years old, i just thought i was taller always thought i was about 5'9 (1,75 m) but no i'm actualy 5'8 (1,72 m) i always was insecure about my height, in school i was always the shortest kid from the friend group and i always wanted to be taller i will try to do this now every day and i will update if i see any change. April 25, 2023 (day 1): Age: 18 (M) Height: 5'8(1,72 m) Weight: 125 lbs (56,7 kg) Target height: 6'0 (1,83 m) My dad is 5'10, my mom is 4'11 first time doing this exercise, still around 1,72 to 1,72,5 m (5'8) nothing change much i will try to do this everyday and will update in may, 1. Well, first update is finally may, 1 in my country i have so many things i want to say, well first i just skipped 1 day cuz i got a test and i had to study and didn't have time to stretch but for the last 4 days i have been doing these exercises everyday so this is my "stats" right now. So about my height, i improved about 0,5/1cm, i think that for 4 days is a lot ngl that is about 0,2/0,5 inches, and i rly got 5'9 tho but only with shoes, I've seen some changes playing sports, like playing voleyball, probably was because i had a bad posture or something before but when i was in my PE class, i was able to catch the ball a lot higher than my usual, i felt much better about my height because of that haha, well I'm gonna continue doing this exercises for this all month and see what happen, with this 4 days I've noticed some changes but this can be because I've a really bad posture and because I now do these exercises more regularly, these exercises may be causing me to have better posture and gain a few inches in the process, well lets see what happen if i continue doing this for this month i hope at least i get 5'9 without shoes ahah. My posture is a lot better from the first week forward. Not gonna lie, I skipped a lot of days, but every time I do this, I feel better going towards the day. I don't know if I'm taller, but I feel that if I kept going, by now I would have maintained a better posture for days, and maybe I gained 1cm without being consistent. But keep going, be consistent, do not go at it and stop doing these like I did.
Before reading this i want to say that every time i mentioned my height i means it barefoot and theres a chance of me giving some inaccurate height ( about 0.5 inchis ) So if i said 170 cm i may be 171 or 169 or 170 If i said 171 i may be 171 or 170 or 172 If i said 175 i may be 174 or 175 or 176 So keep in mind that theres a room for mistakes. @@PhươngTrần-b2z1h I am now about 175cm or so, I think it's about puberty not the stretches, I feel good about that to be honest, the summer is here, I am willing to start swimming and exercising to get more hormones and become taller, I am now 15 and 2 month and I don't think my growth was bad, whoever just like I said it's most likely the puberty that I find out to be more likely a late one because of various factors, if you have anymore question you could ask me.

People dont lose hope im 13 ( 14 in a month) an i have been doing stretching exercices for like 8 days strethes and also listening to subliminals in this 8 days I've grown 2cm almost an inch and my goal is 30 days so i have a lot of progress to do before i was 5,4.7(164) and now im 5,5.5(166) almost 5,6 so keep going i dont know if they are my genetics because my father i short 160 and my mother is 167 tall for a woman, my granda and my uncles are tall maybe thats why but holy sh1t im growing so do't lose hope and keep going it make take some time to grow and ive also been sleeping like 9-10 hours drinking alot of water eating alot and doing excercise, aim also black and i wanna get 5,7-5,8 so i will keep you updated.
This definitely works I’ve only been doing it for a few days but I always notice I go up to 5’6 after doing this workout - 5’5.8 without it. Now I’m going to be consistent for a month or so and see how it goes!

And I grew one and a half inch , Bear in mind I am 17 My height I measured 2 months ago was 5'7 , i but I wasn't consistent due to a busy schedule.. but still it definitely improved my posture a lot. (My parents aren't that tall btw. , Mom is 5'5" and dad is 5'9") February 11 , 2023 : 5'8" March 1 2023 : 5'8" (Not much changed but I was VERY inconsistent , I'll try to be more consistent and update next month) April 1 2023 : 5'8" and a half (close to 5'9") So same thing , although stopped at the end of the month but I will start again and be more consistent but this month I was more consistent than the previous one. Well 5'7 itself is not too bad , I mean it's about average and you won't get any awkward moments becoz of your height ...so be confident and grateful buddy and yeah do try these exercises and check if you can get some benefits but still if it doesn't work out it's okayy bro... I'm 5'9 and Turning 17 this year nd I just too started stretching lately , more so becoz I am kinda stiff and want a good flexible body and more importantly a good healthy pain free back ..but It would be cherry on top if I'll be able to extract an inch or two but even if I don't it's okayy because I know my height is somewhat little above average in Asia and decently well above the kinda avg in my country ..talking about the west ..I'm exactly more or less average range :)

So , if your growth is same to me and your growth plates haven't fused... I hitted pubert late , if you too have hitted it late then you would end probably b/w 5'10 to 6'0....

Age: 14 Height: 197,3 cm Goal Height: 204 cm Grown 5.3 cm in 2 months with regular diet and intense work out. Played basketball, done many exercices to get taller and configurated the diet to the most equilibrated for Height. Basketball really helped me, agility plays a role for the bones to grow but there are lots of other factors you can depend of.
@freezedtv9433 Regular exercises and a healthy diet may help you. You need to grow up your bones, not your muscles, and try to do excercises at home or any avaible gym by doing a routine that consists in exercices to get taller.

I’m 17 and 5’6, gonna start this today my dream height is 5’9. Parents are both decently tall and brother is tall. Gonna update this every month hopefully. Day 1: 5’6 Month 1: Starting to see a *TINY* change, 5’6.25 in the morning, other than that I don’t see very much. Gonna see how far this can take me wish me luck guys. Hopefully I can reach my goal height. Month 2: Still no changes I’ve done it a bit less but I strech every day because of track & field, we’ll see what month 3 entails
@@eclipsesmind7950 your situation is Identical to mine , I have the parents of the same height as yours and I'm also 17 I'm 5'8" now , before starting this stretch I was 5'7" , idk if I grew because of genetics or stretching or nutrition, but I grew. I advise you to hang 4 times a day for 20 - 30 second as well it really helps. And skip rope as much as you can. My goal is to reach 5'11" or atleast 5'10" Good luck buddy.

Haven’t grown any more, hoping i didn’t get stuck🤞i feel like the vitamins are being a big helper. Next update: September 22!
