Hey Ivan, I never knew you traveled to India and even stayed at Dehradun with the Tibetans. I'm a Tibetan myself and I studied near Dehradun so I completely understand about the heat and humidity. If you travel to India again you should stop by Dharamsala where the main Tibetan community is. It is a popular tourist spot and the weather is much nicer than other cities during summer :)
