+PW Elson i actually literally eat 1lb pasta + 1lb cheese every day on average. no kraftfoods macncheese just regular pasta with regular cheese, microwaved and et voila. not healthy :D usually in one sitting of about half an hour since im not competitive eating, heck not even close to that. still i can keep on eating. just not as fast
