I build the map from about 3m30s to 8m30s and then I test it and it works great for a 5min map and an introduction to mapmaking in Guardians: Frontline.
It's very simple. I overcomplicate everything to explain in detail how interesting and underutilized features work. (Or, worked... these are over a year out of date)
The devs made it a little complicated to play the campaign multiplayer, but if you go to co-op and play the official maps from there, there is a toggle on each mission (in addition to difficulty) for public, private, or offline. And if you choose private it will ask you to create a code. Once you start playing the game will show up in the join list with your name and a lock symbol over the map thumnail and your friends can join you from there using your private code.
