Due to the high demand for a follow along I created this video. I know this is essentially a re-upload and there is a reason for not initially making the routine a follow along. I HIGHLY recommend you take this routine and apply it to your own restrictions. Spend more time in positions that you are tight in and less in those that don't need it. However, if you're new to this then it is a great place to start :)

I've always dabbled in and out of yoga and recently started again, really enjoy your videos and mobility exercises. This one is great but I really have trouble with the squat thoracic rotations. Seeing progress slowly only after a few short weeks but those ones are particularly difficult. Thanks for the videos!

Quick question, if I can't touch my toes without bending my knees, what should I be doing on the pike? Bending my legs slightly or just not reaching the floor with my legs straight?

Hey Tom loving your videos mate! Keep up the awesome work! Just wondering what the difference is between mobility and flexibility? Also I train (Crossfit) about 4-5 perk week and just wondering what routines of yours would be best to reduce soreness- the flexibility ones or the mobility ones? Or is that not what they are for? Lol sorry about all the questions :P!

Hi Tom that's a really great morning stretch routine and I just wanted to ask you if you have heard of the "Tibetan 5 Rites Routine" where there are 5 exercises/movements x 21 reps and if that is good enough for a morning stretch instead of your above suggestion or perhaps a hybrid....and after this routine i normally do a 10-15 minuted HIT workout followed by a brisk walk where i then engage in a 8 cycle tabata sprint 20/10...is this sufficient to keep myself in shape as i do this 5-6 times per week every morning and tennis or swimming 3-4 times per week in the evenings....not sure if i still need to add 3/week of 30 minute weight sessions to keep my muscle strength at top level?
@BodyweightWarrior
