Amazing video.. everyday i am trying to do a new video from your playlist and I got to know you have posted so many videos. Thanks for the videos. In this video, after I was done, I came back to 1:02 because I lost my focus there🤣🤣

Oook not ready for the reverse table with hand tap touches. I wasn’t looking at screen, didn’t figure out how to touch feet. had to reset and watch- that’ll have to be worked on another day. My goodness!! Feels sooo good tho. Thank You Sarah! 👍🧘‍♀️🙏

I hear ya! I cannot touch my toes yet. I simply did triceps dips and they're killer. I will not give up until I improve though!

I love 💕 this short but very effective core workout 🏋️‍♀️ and your instructions and voice are spot on you are an awesome teacher thank you @SarahBeth for such great Yoga videos for every level .I can’t believe how much progress I’ve made in six months 🤗

This was the perfect amount of work to thoroughly challenge my core but not overdo it and kill my lower back. I'll be doing this one more often for sure!

The smooth jazz kills me every time 😂 but I’ve been doing this a few times a week and have been slowly progressing from knees one movement at a time!

This was harder than I expected, and I couldn't complete a couple of the movements without falling 😅 But the perfect length, and I believe I'll be coming back to it as I strengthen my core, which will hopefully also improve my balance for these poses!

I get a sharp pain in my elbow when I do the side planks. Any tips for this? Thanks.

hello, I'm having real trouble with the side planks. Could I just keep doing a standard plank as a modification until I'm a bit stronger, only just got the hang of a plank, after having two babies my core I shot! Great videos by the way, precise instructions and you have a very soothing tone. Thank you.

Question about form for full plank position - in what position are the elbows? (Inner elbow turned to face the front - or turned to face the other elbow) thanks.

Allie Madill Good question. Elbows facing each other is correct. I was tired after filming the other videos and unfortunately "rested" in my elbows, demonstrating back form. Ideally there is a teeny bend in your elbows so your arms are flexing :)

Definitely ask your doctor :) I have a mild scoliosis and have found yoga to be extremely helpful! I even made a Yoga for Scoliosis series on it!
