1 tbsp light soy sauce

homemade shallot and oil (make it once and use for a few months): Dice 4 shallots into thin slices. Add one pot of 250ml neutral cooking oil and fry under low heat at all times. Fry at least 20 minutes or until it turns into dark brown colour. Separate the oil and content. Shallot will be crispy once it’s cool off.
