Tired of long ass boring cardio? Here's a set of exercises you can do at home with no equipment. All it takes is 5 minutes, 30 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest for a fitter body. Give it a try and we would love to hear how you feel in the comment section below. Also don't forget to eat healthy and stay hydrated. The exercises of 5 minute fat burner are listed below:
1. Low Jacks
2. Kneeling Diamond Push ups
3. Squat Pause Jumps
4. Alternate Arm Raise Plank

8. Plank Walks

Due to COVID-19 my physical education classes are all on line. I appreciate your no equipment needed Tabata videos. The modesty and music make most of your videos appropriate for my 4-8 grade students

Hey Fitologists! Great Stay Home &Be Safe / Quarantine Workout! Still feels a little lonely though! I love the Beginners Tabata video, though you’ve changed the sound track - I’m 51 and have been doing it for the past 4 weeks! Have been building my endurance and toning my body! I make it a point to do 4 sets with about 20-30 secs rest between! Thanks so much and keep up the great work! For someone like me who hasn’t been exercising a long time - your Beginner Tabata Rocks! On average how much calories does one burn during this 5m hiit?

You can burn upwards of 12 to 22 calories per minute during HIIT workout but there are many factors to consider when trying to figure out how many calories you’re burning. Factors like: 1. How much you weigh? (the more you weigh, the more calories you’ll burn) 2. Whether you’re male or female? (men will burn more, but a lot of that is due to the fact that they’re just heavier) 3. How hard you work? (you’ll burn more the harder you work) 4. What your fitness level is and how efficient your body is at burning fat?
