He will be nominated for being part of champions league and Euro winning squads. But that is unjust. Ballon d'Or is an individual award. It's not given to teams for winning trophies. Since it is an award for individual performance it is an unjust to even nominate him. Because his performance is not at all in the top 50. Even he isn't the best player at his position. Toni Kroos, Sergio Busquets, and Frankie de Jong are the best central midfielders in the world.
