Hi Drew. We have not done a talk on this yet but Dr. Mandell puts out a lot of great information on this topic. Video link: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-uUH3y2aH6K8.html
Hi Patricia. So, when using real nutrients from food, you always want to vary your diet to avoid nutrient depletion. If you can get these foods in several times per week, it's definitely beneficial. Don't worry about consuming mega doses of any one food in particular. It's always best to supplement with a variety of healthy foods.
You can't possibly know how much joy it gives us to be able to help people get back to living and enjoying their life again. Thank you so much for sharing this with us!! Blessings.
Thank you for the valuable information. I take spirulina and I want to find those mushrooms! I loved the section so we could see your adorable doggos as they were introduced to the snow! I appreciate that you share your lovely fur family with us! It is so uplifting to share a giggle and a chuckle with you and your furry ones!
Aww... I'm so glad it brings a smile to your face. Our babies are absolutely precious to us and fill our hearts with love and tons of laughter. Glad you're enjoying their antics.
Hi there. I'm so sorry you're suffering like this. First thing is that you must get your glucose under control and the best way to do this is to alter your diet. I recommend the Healthy Keto diet for all of my diabetics with them eating between 5-8 cups of non-starchy vegetables. Next, you have to get on a good quality nerve support formula to help repair the damage that's being caused by the elevated glucose. Next, you need to incorporate exercise, if it's physically possible for you. If you jump on these tactics, within 6 months you'll see big improvement. I'm going to include a few video links for you to help you: Vital Nutrients for nerve Repair: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wPruq49-ksU.html The right dose: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dKMPMPJM4JY.html Is diabetic neuropathy reversible (pt 1): ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ks-WJD3WOjs.html Reversing Diabetic Neuropathy (pt 2): ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-pnOIvXW9Qyw.html
Since I moved to Ohio from Massachusetts, I crave seafood, like crazy. When passing a river, one day...I inhaled, and said that smells SO GOOD, My husband giggled, because I was excited over the scent of river mud! LOL When I found dried seaweed at the store, I was SO happy. I wish I could find it more often. Lately I have been experiencing my left arm falling asleep, and I know it is not my heart, because it happens when my arm is in certain positions. I have been experiencing vertigo, and suspect my neck is the source, because the Epply maneuver did nothing, but an exercise I found online from a Chiropractor, really seems to be helping. Thank you for the mushroom suggestion. I am fond of mushrooms, in general but have never seen the varieties you mentioned. A few years ago, I looked into growing my own mushrooms. Now, I will have to research some of these jewels.
Thanks so much for sharing your journey with us. It's amazing how our body always communicates to us exactly what we need. Unfortunately, we tend to dismiss the messages. Good for you for being in tune with your body! Blessings.
My daughter and i are devoted mushroom hunters. Unfortunately, she has sever gastric reaction on Maitaky mushroom. I boiled them in two, three portions of water - still 😢 I, on another hand enjoy them in variety of dishes. People, be aware of this fact, please.
Oh my gosh. So, Sorry to hear that. Although it's rare, obviously some people can have sensitivities to any type of food. Even the healthiest. Don't worry, there's still plenty of other choices that your daughter can get plenty of health benefits from.
Almost. He's getting there. He'll be releasing a video next week on what happened. Make sure you click on the bell to get notified so you don't miss it. Thanks so much for the love and concern.

on a side note if you didnt know, if your taking diabetes meds, tumeric lowers your iron levels to far, my mums doc couldnt figure it out , she stopped the tumeric capsules and wham iron back to normal
I think blending our veggies might stun them, a little to much & they could loose their nutrients from it , 🥦🥑🌶🍅 it's harsh in there , say the veggies, all dem scary blades, poor veggies, 💝 blenders are new anyway & we used to use our knives !
Such a good point. When blending it's always best to use the lowest speed possible to achieve the blend. And although you are absolutely correct, there can be some nutrient loss, it's not more than eating vegetables that have been obliterated...I mean cooked (lol) on high heat. Thanks so much for sharing.
EXCELLENT! Don't forget to include a good quality nerve support formula, too. That's critical. Here's a link to a couple of videos I did on this topic: Vital Nutrients for Nerve Repair:ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-wPruq49-ksU.html The Right Dose: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-dKMPMPJM4JY.html
I will be buying some🤔 sounds yummy 🤢 honest I will thank you I've learned so much from you both. I use benfodimine thanks to her. Now the green stuff. ❤❤
I have whooshing in right ear and feel heart beat in head and get radiating pain in my neck, across shoulders, rhomboid area etc. Had prolozone (ozone injections) and they didn’t help, I was hoping they would. I’m seriously fed up with everything nothing has helped whatsoever. The medical service a bloody joke. I feel sad what life has become, I had high hopes when I was younger.
Hey Wil. DON'T GIVE UP!! Yes, unfortunately our medical system is in a very sad state of affairs. So, here's the first thing...have you received a diagnosis? What would serve you best is to find a doctor who specializes in functional medicine. This is a doctor that will analyze your entire body and its systems and not just your symptoms. In our medical society, most doctors have forgotten that..."The Knee bone is connected to the hip bone". If you're too young to understand this ditty...it means the average doctor has forgotten that the human body functions together. That's how any problem of the body has to be analyzed...globally. Here's a link to find a functional medicine doctor in your area: www.ifm.org/find-a-practitioner/ Hang in there! Blessings.
Welcome from the beautiful Sri Lanka. Yes of course we'd be happy to do another video on exercise! Have you seen the first videos that we've done on this topic? If so, tell me specifically what you'd like to know. Please do me a favor and email your suggestion to: info@nuphoria.com. This will ensure that either me or my team do not miss it. Thanks.
Hi Richard! Thank you so very much! That warms our hearts more than you'll ever know. Don't worry about us not being in California. We work with people across the US and internationally, thanks to modern technology. We created neuropathy home programs many years ago because so many people had reached out to us that did not have the resources to fly to Texas. Now we work with neuropathy sufferers not just in the US but in Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, South and West Africa, Thailand, Denmark, Malaysia...and the list goes on. We're here for you if you need us. Blessings.
You are sooooo right! Greens are crucial. Collard greens, kale, etc, so necessary for our health. We're in the process of doing a video on oxalates because they're so misunderstood and the largest reason people are avoiding green veggies.
For strengthening nerves first hand practice of brahmari pranayam brings miraculous results. Also youcan take balarishta and brahmi capsules by planet ayurveda.
Thank you for the great content! I’m wondering if all of this applies to nerve pain resulting from shingles. I had it a few weeks ago, and now have an inflamed optic nerve, plus 6th nerve palsy. Would this be considered neuralgia? Would the vitamins / remedies you discuss in other videos apply to healing this situation? Thank you.
This is a superb channel. I've learned things here that I've not heard before. I read "Drop Acid" by Dr. Perlmutter (love his work), but he failed to mention that red onions are super high in Quercetin. We now have the red onions and will be eating them from now on.
I would eat tons of almonds pecans and walnuts, take curcumin and fish oil and lion mane supplements, and nothing.. my condition is getting worse , I have M.S And neuropathy and Trigeminal Neurolgia..
@@teresa985 I have chronic pain , barely walking or standing.. I take all the nerves supplements, eat right and do inner work , did acupuncture and chiropractic, western medicine did nothing for me , Do you have have neurological Issues ?…
Hi there. I'm so sorry to hear that you're battling the trifecta (MS, PN & TN). First, I want to applaud you for being proactive and adding these incredibly healthy foods to your diet. Now, let me shed some light as to why you haven't seen a difference. I want you to imagine you're building a home and think of your nutrition as the foundation to the home you're going to build. Although the foundation is critical to a good quality home, if you stop building once the foundation has been poured...you still won't have a home. You have to bring in all the other components like framing, plumbing, electrical, insulation roofing, etc. to achieve your home. So, the point I'm trying to make is when you have even one of the issues (like MS) let alone all 3 of these issues, yes, your nutrition is important, but it won't heal your nerves on its own (as you've discovered). Now, please don't stop eating these foods because I can tell you from experience and knowledge that they are helping to slow down the progression of any or all of your conditions. However, you must attack it from all angles. You're going to need Photobiomodulation, a good quality nerve support formula along with a very specific diet (that will include these foods you're already eating) and more. I'm going to include a few links to videos that we've done on this topic that will be crucial for your understanding to conquer these issues. So, PLEASE! PLEASE! do not give up. I know it's scary and frustrating but remember nerves (whether in the central nervous system/brain or peripheral nervous system) are the slowest healing tissues in the body.
