I am asking if one is using a sponsor and the total fund expeted of you is about 45,000CAD, are you still supposed to show the 100% of the fund in your account? Or you can just provide part in your account and the account statement of your sponsor will do the balancing.

Sir thank you for what you are doing. You are helping many lives. However, I need your help. I had applied with a college in BC, after the introduction of PAL they could not provide it. So I asked for my refund but they are deducting 1239 CAD from my money. I asked why because I am not at fault they keep saying its their policy. I feel their policy must apply when I am at fault and withdrawing from the college. But in this case they can't give me the PAL. I want my full refund because they are at fault.
