They look natural to me. I’m 5’3” 171 pounds and 52 years old. I’m currently a slightly saggy d. I’m having a lift with 350 silicone gummy bear implants in 2 weeks along with an arm lift I want an upper round cleavage fullness. I had a person on my mommy make over page say that if you just get implants put in it’s like putting a pillow under a comforter and if you get a lift and implants it’s like putting a pillow under a fitted sheet. That has been the clearest explanation to me to achieve what I’m wanting. You look beautiful.

I just got my done with no pain meds in started moving around next day post op no pain at all just discomfort do to swollen I had surgery on the 7th back to work on 18th
Haha yeah I started working out 5 day postop body weight lower body. I think everyone heals differently - just stay tune to your body. I was pretty active before boobs too. 😂 I been doing everything “wrong” and I’m a nurse too!
They do not look natural because you can see the rounding at the top but i wonder if you maby used a bra that did not push up maby if they drop just a bit you wont see that rounding not sure if im making sense but i hope thats helpful and i will say you still look beautiful either way!!
1 year & 7 months :) I breastfed for almost a year & wanted to wait until all the breast milk dried up before surgery. I heard risks of infection are higher when milk is still in breast. Hope that helps.
It’s hard to look big and natural when it comes to implants. It’s basically one or the other lol They look good though so it doesn’t matter what random strangers walking by might think.
Ok you look beautiful! To answer your question, they do look fake, and only cause your skin is so tight. I see where you see the curve when you lift them. Maybe if there where a lil smaller they would look a bit more natural.
