❥ Hey friends! This past month as been rough. Just when I thought detox was over... it came back!! It was like reliving month one and two all over again. I have no idea why it got so bad. I did not change a single thing. If anything, I started using less product and stopped using the leave-in conditioner all together. So the fact that the greasy patch was getting worse had me going crazy!! I was on the brink of giving up on Monat.
Then came Monat Black. OMG. I can see why everyone was recommending this to me. It's so clarifying and within the first day my hair felt significantly better. Greasy patch was gone!!! FINALLY!!! Now lets see how long this lasts. Hopefully detox does not return... I will update you guys next month. Thank you to all the people who recommended this product to me. You guys know what's up!! See you next month. ❤︎

So happy to hear you found the right products. I've been on it for 9 weeks and love it. From what I can tell is that you have to really make sure you get the right products combo. Apparently every person is different. My experience has been absolutely amazing. I bleach my hair A lot and needed to grow my hair back because it was getting thin. Totally worked and I have no complaints. I started with the volume line and now I can alternate with the balance line so I don't get too dry. Right combo is they key to amazing results.

Girl thank you for doing this video! I’ve been using the monat smoothing line for damaged hair.. my hair literally feels like wax and I’ve had to wash my hair every single day because it’s sooo greasy. I’m definitely going to get this black shampoo and hopefully it does wonders for my hair!!!

Lol, too cute. I feel the same way! It is awesome on my hair. But what makes it even better is the leave-in conditioner! I went from straw to silk in one use. Eeek!! Your hair is gorgeous btw. :)

I was just researching a little on RU-vid. I wanted to try Monat and support a local Mom and her business because she supports me very well in my LipSense business lol! But I just got my products today in the mail. I'm grateful to have found your videos! My hair is slightly different than yours but it's good to know about products I didn't know about yet. Use the black for your first wash and the renew (which is now hydrate) for your second wash and then use your conditioner

Intense repair is like that too- almost drying but it really strips out all the stuff. My hair feels so clarified compared to my other monat products!

You may want to use the Monat Black as your first shampoo and use your regular Monat shampoo for your second wash once you have the detox under control. I've heard a lot of people that do that, I actually do now too as I have blond hair and the Monat Black is the best for keeping your blond the same as the day you had it done. :)

Hi so I'm wondering which one would work for me ? Ugh. Been watching reviews. I used to have supper thick hair but got extremely stressed and it started falling out like crazy. Its supper long, down to my butt. I do not put products in my hair, dye it or flat iron or blow dry. I'm afraid to use something that will cause more fall out. Also very unmanageable tangles all the time and dry. Still looks shiny though. Not sure which one to try.

I just ordered this and I'm already regretting it (I haven't received my order yet) It seems weird that a product would cause your hair to "detox" sounds more like a reaction to me. The more I research, the more scared I am. I've heard stories of peoples hair falling out! I have thin hair and cant afford to loose any so i'm really hesitant. I wish I did my research before committing to becoming a VIP. I really appreciate your honest videos and look forward to your next update.

GINA b MONAT confessions of a hair junkie With any product, there are going to be some that hate it and some that love it. This product has been life changing in a positive way for so many people .I can honestly say that since joining this company back in March, I have ALL happy customers and it grew my Mom's hair back after 25 years of hair loss. Give it a try . Try to stick with it for 90 days and see what it has to offer. As long as you're using the correct products for your hair type, then you should be good! If you're not liking something, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Best of luck!

the whole point of an MP is to make sure you find the right product for your hair type... all of the products work for different hair types. monat black works well for blonde hair but not well for hair that is dyed darker. switch it up a bit rather than using the same shampoo every day

I can't remember...do you have tje masque? If so use that occasionally. I didn't think I liked that at first and I don't use often but it adds protein back into your hair.

Sounds like you are over washing your hair. When you wash out all the oils, your scalp will produce more oil to replace. I would wash every 3 days until it regulates itself.

The last three videos on Monat seem like pretty clear examples of the sunken cost fallacy. She’s looking for reasons to excuse the problems because of the amount of money she’s already invested. Watching them in order it’s easy to see it starts with praise/ solution to a previous problem, followed by serious issues, an excuse to keep using, & and then the very next video starts with another ode to how the issues clearly have continued even though its claimed that the problem has been resolved.

What a shame that you had to go through all this. Had you had a market partner assisting you this would have been resolved in the first month. An analysis would have been done and then a recommendation would have you with the right product. Even now you should be using a proper conditioner with the black like the renew.

I LOVE that you didn't go through a MP. It is the only way for people like us who want to trust and want to give the product a chance, but are wary of going through a MLM company. Your videos have been very helpful! Thank you!!!

Destinee Irons this was 3 years ago but there’s no need to scrub your head. I hope you’ve had a market partner give you clear instructions on what’s right for you and also how to use them. 😩 this is why there’s complaints. You really can’t use this long term on long hair . Girl I’m going to check to see where you’re at now 3 years later

Says who? I’ve been using it for 4 years and it balances my oily scalp. Used to wash every day now I wash every 3 days and I now go 6 months in between washes! Don’t knock it before you try it!
