Why is every one hung up on choke or gag? Maybe this is a new mom. Choking and gagging look very similar when its your infant doing it and you've not seen it before. Mom's biggest issue was she put way too much in the baby's mouth for this being the first time. Baby would have done the normal mild gag if she had given a tiny amount so the baby had the chance to experience the taste and texture. It seems when one person points something out, many have to jump on the bandwagon. Peace
Why are you being rude? Maybe this was a first time mom. And maybe you should look up the meaning of gag - "to cause to retch or choke.. To suffocate.. To imitate the sounds made in choking." Now don't you feel a wee bit stupid? For a new mom, choking or gagging is gonna look the same anyway. And ALL new moms could use parenting classes before they give birth, don't you think? If you're a parent I'm 100% positive you made plenty of mistakes, yes? Now obviously in an actual choking, there is full obstruction in the airway; when gagging, there isn't full obstruction, but there is something there that is causing the gag reflex to kick in. Some people gag when seeing blood or something really gross, and people can easily believe the person is choking at first sight. I'm glad this mom said 'choke' because that made her take this serious, whereas a lot of parents on you tube just laugh at their kids while they're gagging and sometimes choking. It's a sick world
