I always love hearing stories about Andrew and even more so realizing that his fearlessness was what drew so many to him. Thanks for relating that to your own courage to start your business and reminding me that the future can start today instead of someday!
Thank you for this. It made me cry. Your story hit me very hard because I’m also a gay Asian man who always loved art and music and secretly wanted to become an artist, model, and singer. I put my passions on hold due to family and social pressure to achieve a lucrative STEM career that I didn’t love. After hitting rock bottom from an emotional and identity crisis, I’ve finally decided to pursue my secret dreams. I’m 36 now and starting my life over. To anyone reading my comment, learn from my mistake and and from Shinah’s story about Andrew, and go after your dreams NOW! I offer my condolences to you Shinah for losing your longtime best friend so suddenly. 😢 ❤
Thank you for sharing a piece of your heart. My mom just got diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer 2 months ago (so also September). I was only able to watch half of your video before I had to pause. I know your message is one of inspiration, but it was just too much for right now. Hopefully I will be brave enough to watch the rest soon. Looking forward to hearing Andrew's story ❤
