Greninja is the epitome of great character design. Perfect spot on the tier list, super fun, a clear weakness that can be partially overcome by clear strengths, and people somewhat like playing against him. Please fix dash grab and fully charged shuriken though.
Seing Shadow Sneak down with Yoshi and Kirbys side-B's really hurt my soul. Sure, it is a casual-spam move, but it's uses are many enough to be relevant, and really rewarding. Easily a C-tier move in my book.
mained greninja for a long time and switched to marth due to greninja being super hard but you remotivate me to pick him up again every video, such a hard character but a big flex to master him
With the c-stick turn-arounds, I personally find that getting the angle to actually preform it so tight, it is too inconsistant to do. But that is just from my expirences from trying to do this. I may be doing something wrong then, in that case, IDK
I think that's just a matter of practice. I'm still a little inconsistent with it, but I've already gotten a lot better after I had practiced it in training mode for a while. The angle is still really tight though, so it'll take a while to get it consistently.
@@kampfhund2871 I'm not going to dent that practicing this csn make it consistant, I'm questioning what level of skill one needd to have for it to be worth spending the time learning this niche skill ... Along with this, I would like to know on how to do this consistantly still ...
hey apolotion, i binged all your greninja guides. however I am a newish player, (this is my first smash game - i have around 400 hours played) and I was wondering - all of your guides are top notch so would you consider doing a video specifically targeting new players? Something along the lines of greninjas absolute essentials and in what order you should master them - as opposed to semi-niche tech options. Thank you!
I believe he mentions it somewhere in one of the in depth guides but it’s pretty simple. Dash attack sends the enemy forward so basically what I do is I jump forward so that I am just on the side of them (you don’t need to be directly underneath) *then* I input uair and you have to make sure you input the fast fall after the pinnacle of your jump and before the last few hits of uair come out. DON’T buffer uair with the jump because it basically never works when you try to fast fall :)
@@yugiohreview8072 I'm not sure why. The only reason I can think of for this problem is that they're too a high a percent but even at 80% I feel like jumping the gap isn't difficult at all. Sorry if this doesn't help but I'm sure that if you shorthop straight forwards in the direction of the opponent then you'll be able to make the gap
