I really hate these stupid questions all the time on boring interviews…when in reality the candidates are anxious, nervous and all have memorised almost the same answers from internet. Instead of these, I would rather let them to be genuine, to have a friendly and relaxed conversation, to be joyful offering a coffee, then I would prepare them for the job and let them to work if they really want to work. Stop, these formal interviews! Where will you be in the next 5 years? Really??? A question with no sense. I don’t know where I will be in few months, how can I know where I will be in 5 years? Maybe I will land on other Planet…
My problem is, whenever I go to a job interview, no matter how much researching of the company I do and how much I practice the general interview questions, I completely freeze up, my mind goes blank when it comes to the actual interview and forget what I practiced.
Practice speaking in front of mirror and take an Interview as an opportunity to just talk about role , you may be not so good in 3-4 interviews but after that you will be very good , just keep giving interviews for practice purposes before your dream job advertising
Yeah. I've heard some people who got hired today and quit their job the following day. Im currently doing some interview preparation and honestly i dont wanna lie at all but it seems like i don't have any other choice. i don't understand why majority of companies ask these kinds of questions if they are truly ỉn desperate need of workers. i hate it
Went to an interview few years ago and i gave this kind of answer. The interviewer be like "please dont give us that cliche answer" Freshly out of uni that time. Use this as your guide. But be sure to make ur answer look original
@doremifasolatido-ro7zs prior to the interview, I'll generally research the company to find out their facts. For example, repeating things like....because I'd like to work for a company that is #1 in customer satisfaction or offers tuition reimbursements and promotions from within. That it placed 3rd in best places to work. I've found they generally are impressed that you've clearly done your homework. I've even gone as far as printing a lot of these things out and putting them in a folder that I bring with me, armed with questions for them.
Weakness, 1- Sometimes I take much time to get everything perfect!😊 Sometimes I help others to complete their pending tasks 😊. Why should...? You should higher me because I can see the role is very suitable to my skills and abilities and I ensure you that I would to my best to prove myself ... Where do you see....? I want to sit on the chair of this company's Boss 👉😂😂😂🤣
how do you see yourself in 5 years? me: i dont know cause im not looking to the future cause anytime things can change, thats what i answered to my previous job still i got the job and i resign after 4 years working with them.
What if he says for the last question ‘You could have found the opportunities in your previous organization as well’. If he wants to hire he will hire you anyway or he will keep on playing with words and will want you to say the things he wants to hear..😊
Why we should hire you: You should hire me so that I can seat here and ask these beautiful and so meaningful questions to other aspirants in future. Edit:Reason why I got only 13/100💀.
I can't believe I just got a job from Walmart. They asked me why should they hire me and i gave them the answer i got here😊i watched this video 5min before my interview
My interview is more of a meet and greet, so I can get a good read on you. It can take anywhere between 10 mins to 1 hr. I prefer to meet at a coffee shop, a local park, or even a Zoom call within their home. I start with informing them about the company, the job itself, and the tasks. Some of my questions include: • Tell me a little about yourself. • What's your biggest achievement within your previous job. • What's your short-term & long-term goals? • Tell me why you think you qualify for this position? • What does your schedule look like? Ie: Are you currently in college? Do you have kids? Baby sitter? Dependable transportation? • Aside from money, what are you trying to gain from this position? • What motivates you to do a great job, aside from money. After they've given me these answers, their schedule time frames, etc. I tell them what we're looking for, including the time frame and skills.
I have a collage interview tomorrow, an really anxious, can i tell the interviewer my english isn't. that great and that am planning to take pre sesion class if i am accepted. I can rate my English speaking as 7 out of 10
The moment we say "it will be a great platform to showcase my skills", the interviewer says "then you should pay for using this platform, why would we pay you!!".... 😊
