- 100 grams of medium protein flour / 10 tablespoons
- 1 pack of kara coconut milk / 65 ml
- 1/2 teaspoon mocha coffee paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cocoa powder
* RECIPE 5 :
- 5 fresh eggs
- 1 teaspoon SP (as a cake dough developer)
- 150 grams of sugar / 15 tablespoons
- 185 grams of medium protein flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pack of 40 grams of sweetened condensed milk
- 2 packs of thick coconut milk / 130 ml
- 1 teaspoon vanilla paste
- 150 ml of cooking oil
- 1 teaspoon of durian paste (you can paste other flavors according to taste)
- 3 drops of cake coloring (dark yellow) according to taste
