Im one of those that loves to build rally points, ammo crates and reinforce the effort of my teammates. And i have tons of fun doing it! So yeah the kill ratio is fun but is not the objective of the game
While KD can easily be farmed, it is important because many game modes are determined by not just objectives, but tickets. If you aren't trading well (tickets) somone else has to take up slack. At least 1.1 K/D for positive trade Note, win rate can be cheesed by leaving and playing lop sided campaigns
You are absolutely right about bomber raids, I do not think I ever wasted time with a bomber raid, but I find teammates call them in thinking they will maybe get some cheap kills without thinking tactically at all and it sucks because it locks the rest of the team out of using artillery for what feels like 5 minutes. When you get to know the maps you can surgically use the artillery to take out enemies where you know they will be and it has a huge advantage with capping points that are at all outdoors. Also enemy bombers give you the longest warning to get to cover, and you can often avoid the bomb strikes by laying prone and then just getting up and continuing on.
When you hear air raid siren there is enough time to dig a hole in the group and take cover lol. Artillery is far more effective to cut off enemy manpower stream reinforcing the objective.
@DarkTemplarlord exactly, as I fighter pilot I LOVE when axis calls bombers. They are basically point piñatas The alied bombers are tough enough to protect themselves from most attacks though. The balance there is VERY skewed towards alies
I’m one of those people that makes a flanking rally then rushes with assault squads the whole game. I capture the most objectives because I’m always sneaking my squad into the point. Priorities: 1 build rallies 2 get in point at any cost 3 pop off and kill the three squads that are holding point Works out around 95 percent of the time. I just struggle a lot on defense.
American paratroopers premium are insanely good every time they are on the enemy team they get insane milage out of that stupid pack. Defending any obj in a building? If the team is decent and putting up a fight enough to where you cant look up and behind you constantly to prepare to get them as they land. Then they drop behind point or on top of objs/buildings and shred everyone with Thompsons I hate it.
I thought this was a very interesting video, and I enjoyed your interpretation. There is one problem that isn't being addressed, and that is challenges, I put challenges before winning/losing. That makes me a TERRIBLE team player. Because I'm wanting that new squad and I don't have the time to 'just wait to see if it happens'. That means I'm jumping through hoops rather than playing the game properly, I'm guilty of this and I also hate it. I think it would be better to just sell squads, and make them really cheap, or give squads away for free so the new F2P players could compete.
Your squad dies trying to build flank rally. You are now half health. You rush point and get 20kills with that one engineer. These are the best players. The ones who think strategically but can flip a switch and pop off on command.
It is also INCREDIBLY annoying when your only plane player is jerking off to a bomber raid and farming exp. Imo, Darkflow gives WAY too much exp for killing helpless bomber planes
At the end of the day I'm playing this game for fun, and dogfighting/parachuting onto a battlefield are fun. I'm happy to set up rally points and ammo boxes first, but I'm still gonna do those things.

wunderbar! grenadelauncher work great, dropping grenades while burning so they die too (especially molotovs), spraying with fullautos in his general direction works even while burning. also preaiming in directions where enemies come from helps killing flamers long before they can get active.
I agree with almost everything you say. I usually see a good player when he has a huge engineer score and he died a decent amount of time. I usually only take vehicles when I know the battle is already won or when I know I have reliable teammates (which is very rare). About premium stuff I'm a little a bit mitigated by your answer. So far it's really ok but squads like the tunisian flametroopers are really P2W. The reason is that you can't get the 32m range flamethrower in the regular tree and this is by far the best weapons to clear points. the other thing is the paid paratroopers with the drum thompson.. I do think they are really really good even though we might get some free ones with the events and in the future in the regular tree. I really can't wait for the new changes so that we have fair equipment compared to our adversaries, which was the n°1 issue of the game by far but I'm also a bit worried about what kind of BR they will attribute to each equipment. We might have cases of P2W the same way we have for War Thunder.

I came back to Enlisted after a long break about 3 weeks ago so i'm rebuilding my army and playing BR I and II. One of the most frustrating things I see is players who ignore the points while wasting tickets uselessly engaging in combat that has no purpose. This isn't Counter Strike or Battlefield. This game is based around capturing and holding territory. Is killing the enemy useful yes, when it push forward the ultimate goal of controlling the map. Build rallies, get to the objectives and defend them, and if you have team mates pushing the point support them.
My guy woke up and decided to make a 40min rant about children not knowing how to strategise. It is more FPS than strategy game... it can be both. I mean as someone who has gone trough military training I appreciate when there is strategy involved but playing this game with your mentality is basically willingly destroying your own mental health. Get yourself few friends to do actual tactics with atleast. Don't self delete. The film will be watched untill the end.
😄 don't worry, I'm ranting for fun. You're right, I underestimated the amount if children playing Enlisted, i expected the majority to be way above 20; boomer moment.
the game is not anti a certain nation, its just pro censorship and pro whiny soyboys. also my axis winrates everywhere (except italy) are 80-90%, allies only avg 70%; i dont see the allies "always winning".
@@paradivision1362 Well, you will be the excemption then because the records for the rest of players are different. Just tell us what time do you play? and we play with you. Gaijin, the Russian company, is famous for that. The same thing happens with War Thunder.
@@paradivision1362 As an example, in my last 3 combats in Normandy. Americans 3 vs Germans 0. I just leave my last combat as a desertor after 5.27 min. The Americans kill 137 Germans but the Germans only kill 42 Americans... something happens

From point 1 i know ur on to something. I dont vehicle noob because im beyter at tanking and flyingbthanbfps games, but engineering is what keeps my wintate at 52-53 %. I know this bcuz i can be number 1 on the team on offesne or defense and whther i win or lose
I like your advise on the pilots or aircraft who’s not really racking up all that many kills. Yeah 5-10 okay, but your not clearing entire areas getting 20+ kills each drop. And your not even staffing with your guns. Strictly using two 500lb ers then going back to re arm. Not really a big deal, So it wouldn’t really be a smart idea to shoot you down, or force you into a infantry role giving the damage comparison is obviously more forgiving keeping you in the air and almost forcing you not to be a solider on ground. I kinda disagree with the KDR thing. I’m a good player who nearly always gets a good KDR but I’m always rushing the point and building rallies. I open the point up a lot of the time for my allies but they aren’t ever there to cap with me so I just sit there and wait for some full enemy squad to try and take back the point and die
IMA OG FPS player. I was pretty good too. The last one I played before I started again was MOHAA. I played Doom, Star Trek Elite Force. Just watching you play jarred my memory on how to play this type of game, and now that I finally have an M1 I have been kicking some butt. I was really laying out some bodies. Sometimes I can get 30 to 50 kills with a bolt action on a really good day. Mostly 10 to 20. Today I finally got to use a M1 Garand and the Browning Machine gun in a custom game. I was even getting a lot of kills with my .45. You can hit stuff a lot farther than I thought. I understand what you are saying about body count not being as important. I thought I did really bad and still gotta good score and visa versa. The actual game play is no different at all from the old days. I got 104 kills and I got a award for best radio man? I guess because I was marking on every shot? I like flying during a game as a time to relax as well. If no one is marking targets you just gotta guess where the enemy is or until you can see your front line for a better guess. My plane susks for dog fighting, the Hurricane. Only thing I'll disagree with is your third point.. there have been too many games where I am the only person flanking and building rallies and my team, rather than utilise my rally, spawn at the default spawns and just run headfirst into the waiting machine gun positions and tanks.. when you have to work and have little time to play when grinding an event or BP, this shit is annoying as fuck, man. If I build a rally in a daft spot or if I fuck up in some way, I'll happily admit it, but the noobs that spawn, charge headfirst, die, repeat and grind down the team's tickets and lose the game, there's nothing I can do about that, there's nothing anybody can do, and I've tried, I've tried to coach them or give them some vague form of guidance through pings and constructions, to no avail. It's not a toxic mindset, bud, it's very much real and it's painful to those of us that have full time jobs trying to grind events. 🤣🤣
i only like 3 maps in that campaign and having to leave 60% of all matches to avoid the rest got annoying. i used it to spend all the booster on leveling up the british, its really fun to play from time to time. @amazingly hard games: i constantly play versus games against people in our server, that creates nice challenges.
yeah, it can be effective. though in my gameplay, as said, i use planes for fun and not for effectiveness, so whenever i react to enemy bomber raids, its because my team can afford it, not because the enemy forced us to. which proves how weak their position is in that game situation.
@@paradivision1362 yeah, I use raids for distraction, and while two idiots fly and kill my raid which in good scenario even can drop bombs and do something my team has two less players on the ground.
it also shows green/red cursors while aiming. also most tanks have weak spots at similar areas (mg ports, sides) and after the first shot you get the damagecam that also shows where the ammo racks are
ive never seen any player in this game actually being good with that weapon. its easy to get 1 hit, but very hard to use optimally, thatswhy i train my aim with them often.
This is a old vid.Enlisted has become much better now..The developers are great..fixses and new content comes out very often.Patches and improvments is coming very often..when i got the game at day one,it was nothing like the enlisted is today.. Now its like fighting in a real battlefield from ww2,with all the dangers that exsists there. Alot of great real battlefields from ww2,but you cant lose your life.besides that,everything else is realistic.
these bombers have zero crewmen, so they dont impact kd. but they give lots of XP and help grinding, especially late level planes which take forever to upgrade
@@paradivision1362 Wouldn't that same argument apply to K/D players? The more kills you get the more EXP you get. Putting spawn points down and capping objectives isn't really fun for most people and games are meant to be fun otherwise what is the point of grinding in the first place.
@@christopherclark4038 it doesnt apply for me in the situation you pointed out, since i do all the work for my teams in 99% of all games. the general argument that games must be fun is true, thatswhy i demand since 1 year that gaijin changes the rules for rally points: make bots spam them and allow single players to build up to 4 rallies. this way lazy/new players dont have to do anything and the game becomes more fun for everyone and less of annpying work.
@@paradivision1362 I appreciate you taking the time to reply to me. that sounds like a good way to change the rally point issue, another one I would suggest is making some sort of "front line" mechanic, where if you have enough allies in an area you can just spawn in with them/around them. Maybe make a new soldier class called "captain" or something similar(obviously the name would be different for soviets/germans/japanese where as long as this unit is alive and not too close to the objective his allies can spawn directly where he is, also maybe make it so that he himself cannot spawn anywhere but the base spawn point for balancing reasons.
@@christopherclark4038 that sounds great! could also be combined with light infantry transport vehicles, that automatically count as ralllies (but come with only hmg as their weapons and weak armor)
Yeah maybe I could just build rally points but I play the game to have fun, and getting kills is much more fun than putting little radios on the ground
Not to entirely disagree with point three, but I routinely top the leaderboard even with entirely starter equipment. I am communicating, marking enemy pushes, building rallies, hunting rallies, countering vehicles, staging supplies, and actively going after HPTs that are doing lots of damage to my team. I often get into match ups where it is almost all bots, console peasants, and children on my team. There are many situations where I simply cannot try harder especially when the enemy out equips me in vehicles. Sometimes this is just me being tired and unable to coordinate properly, but I more often than not lose because the enemy team has four good players and I have a score 5000+ above second place on my leaderboard with only my rallies ever going up. Because of the sheer amount of manpower it is difficult to compensate for bad players. I can only clear out four max rank enemy squads with good players before I'm going down typically.
I've noticed depending on the campaign that some matches are horribly balanced. For example im ranked marshal and play only Moscow, late tier troops, despite this my team is 3/4 private-Sargent while enemy team is 3/4 general rank. These games are auto loss.
@@tiedyedbeard3439 Yeah I've noticed that too. Luckily it doesn't happen as often now that I'm off Stalingrad Axis. My favourite is when a team is all PC players versus controller players though
