Yarrow, thank you for your great vids. your comment (26-29 seconds into video) that chocolate opens gut permeability: does this mean it exacerbates my leaky gut? could you possibly provide a source for your statement? If celiacs [or others with leaky gut] eat too much choc, will it also let other things in like undigested proteins? thanks my friend for any more info you can provide! Peace, carol
