You're right, it is considered part of the Greater Toronto Area.

They do offer great amenities for the busy hard working families. Hopefully with the decrease in inflation and more job opportunities (economic relief) there will be some gentrification where everyone no matter what neighbourhood could live safely.

@@alliaestates inflation is just rate of change. Decrease in inflation doesn’t mean things are getting cheaper. It just means the prices have slowed down to increase but still increasing though at a slower pace. Unemployment is at 6.5% which is a high number. Bond markets, yield curves are predicting a recession. Their predictions are right 9 out of 10 times. So good luck 🤞
