There's no way that I would return to a place over and over and over after having such a horrific experience like the girl in the last story. When she said that she'd been back many times, the first thing I thought was, "This girl is a masochist." Definitely a creepy story. Thanks Unit! 💯🔥👍

Story 2 reminded me of The Haunting of Hill House. The girl is haunted by a lady with a broke neck who turns out to be (spoilers ahead) herself from the future after she hangs herself. The mangled woman Natalia saw sounded like her future self after her accident. Such a sad story but my brain made that connection. It was probably a woman who died in that house or wherever that mirror is from but if it was Hill House, that woman would be the ghost of her future fate.

My day just got so much better

I got a good story too. Summer 2020, in Moline Illinois. Living in a duplex with a female and her 3yr old son. My first night there, I felt something slap my foot that I had to wake up. Nothing was around as I thought maybe a cat? Or a dog? I woke my gf up at the time and she said she didn’t have any pets. I felt weird but went back to sleep. Maybe it was just in my head. Days go by and I start noticing a very bad smell. Similar to a fish market. Strong penetrating smell, we cleaned the whole house for it to only bring back the smell a few days later. Strange part was the smell never lasted. It just came and went… My girl decides to go on a vacation to Florida and I stay back to watch the house. I noticed my first night, heavy footsteps and often the child’s toys would go off.. still nothing for me to be freaked by. What made me worry a bit was the fact that it happened every time I was home alone. As soon as she got back I told her, she thought I was crazy or trying to scare her out of her own house haha. Thankfully she had to go to the store where I stayed back with her son. Little man was in his room upstairs playing when all of a sudden there was silence. I looked up the stairs and little man was getting ready to come down the stairs when he was stuck looking in the direction of his moms room. Sorta trying to figure out what he was seeing. He didn’t hesitate to stutter call me and I just told him to come downstairs cause that alone confirmed there was something in that house. Same night, we are watching Tv and little man was in his moms arms when he pointed along side the tv and said there was a dark man standing there. That’s when his mom started connecting the dots. As the days went by I started noticing the smell stick around more, toys kept going off with the same saying “why can’t we all get along” “let’s just have fun”. There was also a church that would ALWAYS come by every weekend to bless the neighborhood but more so the area we were in. It’s like they circled back to the house. I promise it gets weirder. One night as his mom and I were watching a movie, we heard a loud yell. Like the sound effects off the conjuring when something scary happens. Except it was her 3yr old son (who has a stutter problem) clear as day yell “I CANT FIGHT THE DEVIL!” The whole thing gave me goosebumps. I rewinded the movie just to make sure it wasn’t the scene we just seen. Mind you it was a comedy movie. I had his mom go check on him. My hairs were standing upppp, I was scared. Little man was still asleep. Instead of waking him up, we sat him in the tub with warm water in case he gets scared and decides to pee himself while waking up. Little man faced the shower wall with his back against us, when seconds later he was staring directly at me with a huge creepy smile. Once we locked eyes the smile went away and he started engaging his mom… We laid him on the bed to see if he has a bad dream but it was hard to understand him when he only wanted to play now that he was awake. While sitting down waiting for his dad to pick him up, little man looks at the edge of the bed and said the dark man is in our room and that he liked me, big bro. The child went with his dad for a few days till things cooled down at our home. When he came back, that same night. Little man woke up again crying for his mom. I immediately woke his mom up to go check on him. He wasn’t in his room upstairs, nor down stairs but in the basement sitting Indian style in the corner behind the water heater, half asleep crying for his mom. Later that week, I left. It was to freaky for me and I didn’t like that he said the dark man liked me when I couldn’t see it

Kevin really saved his life. Imagine being saved by the guy who died in a situation soooo similar to yours. An actual angel.

I have always been able to feel spirits sense I was a young girl. Some spirits have helped me but some where terrifying! I've learned to be strong and try not to let fear take hold. Spirits feed off of our fear!

I will never go back to that mansion if I was that girl who is violated by a ghost. 🤦‍♀️ She is brave to even go back within a 12 feet radius of the mansion. Lol

Story 4 ... The author explains they were violated by an entity and upon explaining it to other people, no one questions that maybe it was an actual intruder and not the paranormal? Nobody even calls a day or two after when someone should have sobered up? It's one of those stories that I hope my hunch that it's just poorly written is true because if not, several people fucked up hard.

I can relate to some happenings here such as footsteps walking down the corridor at night then stomping outside my (thankfully) closed bedroom door. Sharp knocking on my window during the day, rattling & turning of a door knob in the day & at night. This is just the tip of the iceberg. A few times my radio had turned itself on which creeped me out, so I got rid of it. So many, many stories, and they're all true.

Whatever was in that mirror attached itself to Natalia and messed her up.

I lived in a haunted house as a child

Katharine’s Story was something else sometimes i want to question if it’s legit because it’s so well told but if that’s true and the spirit was after her that’s just it’s unsettling. I never know whose stories are legit about the paranormal you never know when somebody might make a tall tale but with any of these stories you kind of have to take them at face value. That one about the kids sister who never broke out of the experience she saw that one really unsettled me if it is true that poor girl lived her life being traumatized.

Which John Gilbert? The actor who was born in 1897 and died 1936 or the actor who played John Gilbert on The Vampire Diaries? I don't believe Katherine Gonzales's story. She used a character's name from TVD and her name is one of the major characters names.
