I finally made the radicchio pasta recipe and it was glorious. I love the Italian way of making vegetables easy and tasty - we Italian-Americans benefit from learning these skills!

It was simple and fast and tasted so good. I am always looking to learn something new and different. Thanks for sharing.

The only thing that helps me tolerate the (SCORCHING!) heat of these days is the thought that I'll go to the beach very soon: I can't describe how tight I'm holding on to that thought hahah 😂 So if everything goes according to plan, the next video will indeed be another beach trip.. but to a different Italian location this time 🏖 In the meantime, thanks a lot for watching and leaving such a sweet comment! All the people that live in my island, Puerto Rico have rice and beans with a salad a protein portion for lunch. I'm not into rice that much. Always cooking food from different cultures. Love the recipes. Thank you. I'll be going to the supermarket to grab a fee ingredients and start making some.
