5-Perception of Non-Self Ven. Bhikkhu Bodhi(3/11/2023) 

In this session, Ven. Bhikkhu Bodhi explains the "perception of non-self" (anatta-saññā), another of the perceptions that lead to liberation: a practice that the Buddha says uproots all craving and ignorance and demolishes the conceit "I am." Bhante explains the practice first on the basis of walking meditation, as a way of gaining perception of the interplay of mind and body in the simple act of walking, and then moves to the contemplation of non-self in relation to the eighteen elements (six sense faculties, their objects, and corresponding types of consciousness) and the five aggregates.
