This really helped me in my panic attack aftermath today. During the belly breathing in the beginning, it calmed the tingling and numbness in my legs and brought tears to my eyes and made me giggle. Thank you

How do you compare the gamut point to the karate chop point? Is the gamut point like the eyebrow, below the eye, etc. point?

Sometimes it can be challenging to feel your pulse, especially if you're not used to it or if your pulse in your wrist is faint. It's nothing to worry about! Try adjusting the pressure of your hand slightly or moving your fingers around until you can feel it. If you're still having trouble, don't stress - focus instead on your breath and the sensation of relaxation. Keep practicing, and it will become easier over time. 🧘‍♂️💫
