Some of y’all clearly don’t understand the video… this is me nitpicking things to find. The car is great, I’m just finding tiny things that I find as downsides so I could post a video 🤷♂️ it’s not saying I hate the car. I love the car👍 to clear up the confusion.
@@ameerdaghlas669battery voltage will let you know if your alternator or battery are having problems and the clock is a little useless but still nice to easily check the time lol
It is surprisingly huge, I actually had to fit one of my coworkers in the back of mine and he fit comfortably and he's not skinny to say the least haha
Bro got a 370z then complained about the storage size. Which for the car and type of car it is. The car has amazing storage, trunk & several compartments inside the vehicle. And the oil temp gauge is literally amazing, will save your car if you just listen to it. Once mine runs about a few over 220. I tone my drive and shit down and just let the car go back to chilling and it’ll cool down even as you go or stay about the same , depends on oil cooler but yeah. Take this guys keys lol
Again, I like the car my guy. Check out the pinned comment. Also the oil temp gauge is the only gauge that’s actually useful, but oil pressure gauge was in the 350Z and I wish that was there instead due to oil gallery gasket issues. Mechanics know about this, that’s why I complained about the gauge cluster, we shouldn’t have got a volt meter but rather an oil pressure gauge. Thanks for watching
Dirty seats tho? Seems like a rushed video not sincere. Talks about gauges but shows the start button. Says hood and shows trunk lol. There’s definitely things you can complain about but none of the things mentioned are an actual issue
These type of cars are just not meant to be driven daily. No Space, No room for +2 Passengers, heated Seats are not needed in Summer, and the TC is ass when it rains.
That hood latch is the trunk hatch??? Plus the gauges do work. The left gauge on my 350 can be changed to take different readings. Buying a z in hopes of using it to transport large items is kinda silly
I was talking about the 370Z and I know I made a mistake. Like I’ve told multiple people. This video is nit picking very little things in order to make a video about it. 👍
I have a 2011 and my heated seats get super toasty lol. Might need to check and make sure that your seat warmers are actually receiving enough power or if the heating elements are starting to go out or something. Hopefully you don't live in a state with horribly freezing winters lol, or you at least have a different car to drive during that time
I personally love the volt gauge. My battery was about to die, and I was able to tell just from looking at the gauge. The needle wouldn’t consistently stay in one spot so I knew something was up
As a person who owns a 370z, that hood latch problem is something I face everytime I come out the store💀😂 I just be holding the button then I open the latch for it to fully release
I have a 370z and the only thing I can agree on is the space. Everything else seems to just be a you problem cause my trunk latch is fine, heated seats are perfect, seats don’t get dirty as long as you clean your car once in a while, etc.. mans just being nitpicky
Maybe it's just because I have a sub in mine but the Voltage is important to me! I like the clock tho straight up. I love me a good clock then again I do a lot of long distance drives in my Z (it IS my daily lol) and the head unit placement, while it works, isn't the best especially when you consider that the time is the in the bottom right while using Android Auto. --- Didn't want the Nav system, I HATE built in Nav in vehicles!
@@cjbain8975 idk if you've noticed but the z's clock is super slow lol. I could set it 2 minutes ahead of real time (phone time) and the time in the z would be 2 minutes behind a few days later.
1. You don’t know about the gauge clusters being a call back. 2. It’s a 2 door sports coupe and you wanna complain about cargo space. SMH 🤦♂️ 3. The hatch button is perfectly fine.
Its a cheap but great sports car. Useless gauges? My car has been dead plenty of times, and I use that gauge to monitor the battery voltage so I DONT get stuck on the side of the road. As for the clock, its usually always off on the correct time I give you that, secondly those seats are the best for being ventilated OR heated. And no room? Again, its a 2 door sports car, they're not made to carry a LOT of stuff.
Boo hood, I have a 370 that the msc went out on and I've literally had 3 DREAMS already of me driving it again.... lol this seems like a humble brag... my DOPE ASS CAR sucks for these minimal problems lol you don't say anything about the engine or the quickness and drifting ability of it cause the car is Siiickk. I'm with you about the clock. They did it better with the 350 with the digital speedometer, instead of a DAMN CLOCK lol
1st of all ofc there’s no room it’s not made to have a lot of space that’s ur fault should of went wit the g37 more space then a 370 and 2nd ur fault cause u bought it and u knew it was small u just wanna complain
Bro.. Go to youtube and search: "5 things I hate about my (insert any car name here)" and see just how many videos there are similar to this. It's a pretty common video format that most people make about their cars, just like they'll make a video titled "5 things I love about my (car name)". Dude isn't actually complaining about his car, just talking about some minor things that he doesn't like about it. These kinds of videos are super common lol.
You bought the wrong car obviously. 1: That's the hatch and there is a weight under the trim in the hatch you are supposed to remove if there is a wing on the car. Oil temp and voltage are two things to help you monitor the health of your car and with a dedicated clock you can use the left LCD screen for useful information without losing a clock and having it in the dash lets you compare lap times without taking your eyes off the road. 3: 370Z is a sports car not a luxury Bentley. 4: CLEANING YOUR CAR IS STANDARD MAINTENANCE! 5: I put a 55" TV in the back of my Z another time 5 large bags of mulch.
@FollowCarZNVP voltage is important. Because if you start losing voltage on an endurance race or long road trip it can mean your alternator is bad and that can lead to not enough spark then your engine shuts off. and having a dedicated clock up near line of sight can help you track lap times. So like I said you bought the wrong car because you don't even understand those basics.
@@codypaniwozik6056 I understand all of that… but as a mechanic I also understand if your racing your rpm is high meaning high alternative charge coming from your alternator even if it’s bad it will have higher positive return compared to at idle. Voltage is not useful at all, if your alternator is not working you’ll figure out when your car doesn’t start in the morning to go to the race… I assure you. Plus the clock doesn’t show seconds… which is what you need in order to do lap times. Oil pressure is much more important when racing performance cars then a voltage meter. Because most people turbo the Z’s and if you blow your rings and lose compression and your oil pressure starts dying then you know some more important data then your voltage dying low. I guarantee you, ask any actual racer they’d prefer an oil pressure gauge over a voltage meter gauge. I usually don’t insult people, but you brought this upon yourself. The fact you don’t even know what matters when recording track times (minutes & seconds are needed) and the fact you don’t understand the mechanics of alternative currents coming from the alternator, show me clearly you do not know what you’re talking about upon this topic.
@@codypaniwozik6056 plus it is so easy to tell if your alternator is bad as a mechanic it takes 1 minute to figure out if you have a bad alternator… plus you have a warning light that will say your battery is low on voltage even without the voltage gauge which means either your battery is not holding charge, or your alternator isn’t charging enough, or you have a parasitic draw or active drain in the wiring in your vehicle. While you do have an oil pressure light, the oil pressure can die for multiple reasons and it’s harder to diagnose, so you would rather know when the oil pressure starts to die down rather then when the oil pressure light comes on and the damage is already done…
