Hey brother, greetings from Texas. I’m so happy to see that you have found your place in Mexico. But please don’t tell everybody how great Mexico. is because before you know it, everybody and their grandmother is going to go down to Mexico and they will turn Mexico. into what they have turned the US into, so let them think that it is absolutely dangerous that there are narco traffickers everywhere there’s bodies everywhere and that the sky is the color of Safia that information needs to be kept to ourselves. It’s a thing that. Nobody is supposed to know until they make it down there then they will realize how beautiful and safe Mexico really is basically what the US used to be Mexico is the new USA defended by Russia and China

Good truthful video Gringo Oaxaqueño. Good Spanish on your other videos too. You forgot to mention taxes. I am currently living in California in free slavery lol. Taxes here are insane. Taxes for buying anything, taxes for having a house, taxes for cars, taxes for every dollar you make, taxes for when you die

You are absolutely correct! It is nearly impossible for most people to keep their heads above water on an average wage. That is just paying rent and meeting basic needs. Trying to become any sort of property owner is unfortunately a turning into a fantasy for most. Many are trapped in a cycle of working to live. Wage slavery :(

I bought 6 acres for $5,000. And I put a cabin on it. I worked hard. No begging no borrowing no stealing. Just hard work. There were Plenty of jobs in the US. But no more ! You are good to settle there in Mexico because the last 3 years the U.S. open border has allowed around 40 million people to came across the Mexican border into the U.S. see the U.S. has a census . It’s done every 7-10 years. The last one we did was about 7 years ago. The head count of the census tells every community of each state in the U.S. how many people live there and how many hospitals, EMS , police , nurses, schools, housing, stores ect… are needed to be in those areas to provide services to each community. So when Biden opened the border and let the 40 plus million people in less than 3 years it overwhelmed the system. Now you can’t get in a hospital or get the police on the phone or have school with qualified teachers. Nurses are in shortage and housing. The U.S. government took all the US tax paying citizens money 💵 they even charge the percent of your withholdings from employers. So at the end of the year you owe. Period. No one is getting anything back. We strive to break even. But it’s hard. The people who come into the US illegally crossing over without proper documentation now are living on the tax dollars all the citizens pay in. I’m sure the gov . Is making money somehow off their backs. No government pulls off a human trafficking scam this big without making something off of it. But in the process it’s going to Collapsed the U.S. economy. It’s inevitable. Things are bad in the U.S. but about to get much worse. My advice is don’t come to the U.S. No matter how much you are promised by the U.S. government. Understand the U.S. is 34 trillion dollars in debt. The country will collapse and all that cash , household, medical, education ext you have been promised if you leave your country and come to the U.S. will come to an end. “ Brics “ is devaluing the U.S. dollar. Just watch it’s worth there in Mexico. A US dollar used to worth a lot more. It’s going to keep falling. And these people who came up here are going to find themselves in a very bad place. Possible in a civil war. Then there is also the theory that this plant X / Niberu is what’s causing these huge solar flares and that will set off the Yellowstone super volcano. And cause major earthquakes and bringing all these people here was just leading them to ultimate death. ☠️. It’s definitely not solar maximum. That is in 2025. Something big is Causing the sun to react. And there is damage on other planets according to scientists who will tell the truth. You are smart to settle down there in Mexico. In fact my neighbor who has lived in the U.S. over 25 years are going back to Mexico because it’s so bad in US. The things is they see the US as bad but they never knew it before 40/50 years ago. It was beautiful and safe and there was good jobs and opportunities. But when millions come to the U.S. illegally it has ruined what the U.S. had. I guess if something does happen that causes a big die off of the population it’s possible the U.S. could get good people in power who will honor the constitution and it be nice again. But I’m older I will not live to see it. Something is coming. Something of biblical proportions. That’s another thing I have studied the king James 60 years. We are living in the end of days , end of times. I believe we are in the tribulation already. All I will say is teach your child / children. Education is key. They need to understand how governments works. They need World history,world government. Not what’s being taught in US universities today, some leftist propaganda. But good solid history from history books. These fools out there screaming “ free Palestine “ have never even been to the actual Country of Palestine or to the Gaza Strip. The Gaza Strip that was given to Abraham s offspring for all generations. Know your history. Know the King James Bible and Jesus! Stay there. Encourage others not to come to the U.S. it’s about to get very bad in USA. The corrupt politicians are doing everything to stay in power and keep out anyone who will try to turn things around. To make things better in the U.S. most of the city’s are just full of homeless now. The infrastructure is failing. Stay where you are ! Encourage others not to come to the US. It’s going to get worse. You are smart to settle in Mexico.

Thank you for sharing! Trust me I'm well aware. I couldn't get out fast enough as soon as I formed a plan. I was worried something would happen before I could pull this off. I definitely have much more peace of mind where I am now. I had an overwhelming sense of uncertainty in the US. I also didn't have a home base there. I traded for work and lived in Airbnb's provided by my employer. So I didn't rent or own anything and a way to save. But that is a dicey situation to be in if anything were to happen. I am certainly much happier here :) thank you for watching and stay safe brother!

Very cool ! We are currently in Guatemala after spending a year in Nicaragua. We retired 18 months ago and are going to travel between Mexico and Argentina until we find our favorite retirement city. For years I have wanted to buy land and build my own little small place, even if it is just a place to hang out on weekends. Not sure if I want to build with wood or cob or adobe, but I think it would be a fun project. How far are you from the city ? You must need a car ? How did you go about finding a piece of land ?…and how do you know how much it is worth ?
@Gringooax
@Gringooax 2 месяца назад
Hello there! How awesome that you guys are living such an adventure. I love hearing stories like yours. I bought a reliable and easy to fix ford ranger. No bells and whistles but I can work on it and parts are cheap. I'm not very far from the city. About an hour to get anything I need. I also have a village close by with many things as well. I'm just far enough to have my peace and quiet. Finding the land I had to do in person. I rented a place and got to know the community and met people about their land. Spanish was needed or an interpreter. I sort of got a gauge of fair prices by asking around. They were all over the place honestly haha. But if you find a family selling and you get along well, you can usually work out something fair all around. I hope that helps. Thank you for watching my videos :)

Great comment. Bastante fácil entender su español, gracias! Although I hear what you say, I disagree with much. The United States kills many many many people every year. They do this through wars, taking over politics of other countries and let’s not even begin to mention the pedophilia that tortures many children in their cults. American politicians are just better at lying. Think JFK… killed in broad daylight by the CIA… well known 9/11, an obvious planner assassination of hundreds of thousands… all for insurance money and to create the “war on terror”, so the entire world can become slaves to the cabal. Please do more research to learn any what’s REALLY going on

been living in Mexico for 3 years now... loved your points about the level of freedom. the government doesnt have its nose and its fingers in everything you do like in the US and Canada. the government is there to do its basic functions and not to harass people. same with the police. in the US people have been killed by the cops for jay walking or having a light out on their vehicle and a bunch of other petty little things. the police in Mexico are not like that. they are only interested in going after legit crimes and protecting the law abiding citizens. and same thing with safety. in the US so much of crime is random. you can just be in the wrong place at the wrong time very easily. in Mexico crime is more isolated to people involved in the drug trade. it you dont buy or sell drugs that massively lowers your possible exposure to crime. Mexico certainly isnt perfect but it is much closer to how society should function. people have the freedom AND the responsibility to take care of themselves.

Isn't it true that unless you're a citizen you can only lease the land albeit for 99 years as is the law but it's still not yours. Also beiing married to a Mexican does provide more security than a expatriate would feel
