It is India that requires you to pass NEET before it allows you to go study abroad. The philippines does not care about your NEET at all, it cares about the NMAT it requires for all students to pass before admission for medical sschool.

Regarding discrimination I think I can rate that as negative because filipinos love to joke and sometimes foreigners misinterpreted it. But generally we love without barriers no matter what race you are but we have to understand that there are bad human everywhere.
