Lohajung was the basecamp of my first ever high altitude trek, 'the Roopkund', which I did twice. This is where I met Dushyant for the first time. No matter how many high altitude treks I do but Lohajung will always hold a special place in my life. THIS PLACE IS AN EMOTION!
I just came back from the Brahmatal trek 2 weeks ago. There were a lot of places with interesting stories like Bekaltal lake and Brahmatal. Lohajung itself was a really small village with a few shops along this 300 meter streach. Interesting to learn about the Curzon trail because it's indeed a beautiful place to explore.
