You have to keep in mind that referees only see with their eyes, they do not have screens with slow motion to clearly show what actually is going on. Same thing happened for Argentina when french player clearly touched the ball with his hand before it hit Argentinian player arm. Unfair penalty was given to france. And they scored. Keep in mind that unfair penalty could've taken the world cup from Argentina.
