I agree. I think what has alot of people confused/concerned is they haven't released the rate of acceleration on the launches. That is like a MAJOR component of launch coasters. I've seen alot of peoplethinking its going to take 7-8 seconds to hit 74mph on the 1st launch based off the animation which CANNOT be true. If that ends up being true they mine as well close it and take it down lol. That's a push not a launch😂🤣😂 REALLY hoping these people r wrong and these LSM's are strong.
Yes, it is true. The second launch will be about 40 mph in the same around six seconds and the last one will be even more pathetic at around 20-25 mph. We will likely not experience above 2 G’s of longitudinal force on this.

I can't 💀💀 it's gonna be 2024 LSM's don't take 7-8 seconds to hit 74 miles. They never have. Ever. Maybe the very 1st gen LIM launchers on SFMM superman...but that ride is massively outdated. Doing "math and calculations" off an animation is gonna get you......well nowhere.
The 2 minute ride duration is misleading as that counts leaving the station and getting off the train. Remember that this also has a switch track which will add 15-20 seconds before the launch even starts. I looked at how long it took for the ride from the start of launch to hitting the brakes using the Top Thrill 2 animation video which was around 54 seconds. The start of launch to hitting the breaks for Top Thrill Dragster was 17 seconds. So, Top Thrill 2 will be slightly more than 3 times as long of a ride.
I don’t think it will be better than og dragster it was the best launch of all coasters in my opinion but I most definitely think it will be better than people are saying
@@Coastainment I think this was the best option they could have done. Since they wanted in Intamin out of their way and wanted to go on a budget, they went with Zamperla. If they just added a strong LSM launch, it would have made the ride worse. But with a swing launch, some people may prefer TT2 over TTD. But if they added a strong LSM, everyone would agree that the ride has downgraded.
