I feel so alone in this journey. But i always remind myself that the universe is always with me!! I am so happy i found your channel!🙏🏽

I awakened about 4 years ago, and it has been the longest, darkest stage of my life. I was very much hanging on to things like alcohol, weed, and it was making my dark night longer. I am no longer drinking, and my soul feels elated for making this decision for myself, finally. I've felt lost, alone, and now I am free and accept being alone on this journey. We might not be able to change the world, but we can change ourselves..

Dude, start making audio only... I'd love to buy you doing just an audio track. Like a motivational track..... damn these would be good tracks to listen to. I can close my eyes and actually listen to what you say because the way you Express yourself and your voice.

I wish I could like this video more than once. This is where I am at....no longer feeling the connection with my friends and I realise that I am alone. At first I felt horrible but now I am warming up to the idea. Now I am trying to be alone and love being alone. Through this process I am learning to love myself and be myself. NAMASTE 🙏

Hi Jamie, I am blessed to have been guided to listen to your teachings. First the dark night of the soul. Now this. Have been struggling with the loneliness. All this has been occurring- this last weekend my child was at her dads all weekend and I spent most of the time in silence or creativity - utterly alone and isolated, but I didn’t feel alone, but it can feel strange, and loneliness has been happening in very intense moments, months, even years now. As well as much growth and spiritual awakening, so I guess I am in the thick of it right now. So grateful I have this opportunity to be contemplative, to have my family around but am otherwise always alone, and yes, lonely. A situation I would never have tolerated when I was younger...thank you for your amazing videos.💖

Omg you are literally telling me story for the past two years I’ve been alone... left a toxic relationship literally once I awakened my teacher said “the toxic ones around you will fall away once you get to this step...” and she was stop on.. so I left him and it was the best decision I’ve made in a long time well I’ve made a few more good decisions to become more genuine. But wow... I’m still alone and still seeing where someone comes in friend family or whomever I still can tend to give my power away to those that lie and abuse but not to the ones who are spiritually awaken? No doubt some last minute resistance as I'm about to do my Breatharian initiation next week which will move me even further away from the majority of people in my life but it will be worth it for the freedom it will bring to my life to focus on more important things in life. Ive been living alone for almost two years at my family cabin and its been necessary because I feel that I am in a void state of nothingness and emptiness. A lot of tears and feeling like Im losing my mind but I don't have the energy for small talk anymore. I am not necessarily feeling blissful or radiant yet inside myself, but each day I continue to do my practices and know that this is a stage. Thank you for this video. Also women remember not to do pranayama during your menstruation cycle because it will go against the natural apana current during menstruation and can cause health issues. Menstruation is an inbuilt sadhana for women and please don't practice yoga and energy practices that bring the prana up. I have learned this during this time.

Spirit is always right here, right now, full of love for us/you/me. I have found this to be what truly filled the hole within. Self-love and the love of Spirit, together. Honestly, this video kinda blew my mind. The way you explained certain things… I’ve felt alone and can’t find the right people for quite some time now, other than the man and my daughter in my life I have no one. I knew part was because I want to change and I want to be a certain person and act a certain way, but it’s so lonely. My boyfriend will go on trips or hang out with a couple buddies and I just go off and do things alone, wishing I had a friend. This helped me understand so much and that I need to do more of the work

Great video 🙏🏻 I've gone years not seeing friends, distanced from family... nothing to do with them, I just became super sensitive. To say I've gone thought the mill, like most of us, is an understatement lol. Most, not all of my friends though are automatically compassionate, highvibe, caring and love/live life in a purposeful way. I know there is a reason for everything but how come they get to be, live and love without going through this hard process?

I went through multiple people that were basically what you karma, I’ve been going through my spiritual awakening my whole life but it’s been literally opened up properly 24th of March this year and I’m looking on RU-vid for a vice because I’ve just reached a new level I was confused on why I really like and only prefer to be alone now when normally I am a real social butterfly and I was sort of feeling bad and I thought maybe it’s not healthy.. But I realised it is what I want to support I need a spot I’m happy week and I’ve also got rid of all those, Toxic people and those tires just completely broke off and I’m literally the phrase just left me yesterday and I feel so much better thank you so much everything you said is literally what I’ve been going through

Thank you so much for making this video and sharing your insights. I woke at 2am last night with so many questions. Crying because I didn't want to be alone anymore. I moved to West Wales from the South East of England to get away from my abusive family and my narcissistic ex. Since then I have decided that I will no longer have relationships with abusive people but this has lead me to be alone for the past two and a half years (probably because I haven't been doing the work haha) I feel like I was emotionally tortured for five years by my ex but also feel like he was one of my greatest teachers because I had forgotten to love myself and was instead trying to get emotionally unavailable people to love me. I have been attracting abusive people in my life non stop to the point that I was believing that all people are like that. I have been focusing all my attention on it and judging people in order to keep myself safe but still have been giving my power away by doing this. I've made other people into this big bad thing I need to stay away from instead of going inside my self to see what needs work. I've been reading books are narcissism and co dependency but I know what really helps me, what feels right. Yoga and meditation. It has changed my life before and I have had some really profound awakenings but they scared me because I had no idea what was happening so I drank and smoked to try and get rid of it. I'm not afraid now and am ready to reconnect with myself and all things and this time bring with me the new things I have learnt. Today I turned on youtube and found your video and you answered and clarified many of the things I have been thinking about today. So thank you. Looking forward to watching your other videos. I was just speaking about this earlier.. as where I haven't had a partner almost over a year not much of this resonates with me I've been ascending by myself over a year and quite honestly it's becoming rather a lonely existence. Jamie, I think that you are awesome 🤙🏻🤙🏻I can totally relate to what you are saying as I am currently going through that alone period of my awakening. I would like you to do a video on our thoughts coming into our consciousness when we wake up each morning. This normally happens in order to re-affirm our identity and get us ready to carry on our conditioning throughout that day. What I do is to be the observer of my thoughts and watch them as they try to emerge into my mind’s eye. I am able to shut down my thoughts and cause the ones I don’t want to dissolve, and allow the ones I want to emerge. Therefore, I am not a slave to them🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲

so true, many people are not worthy to hang out with. once you are awakened, you will become very selective on people I allowed into my personal life. you don't want to have very unconscious or even narcissists people in your life. they are very selfish. you spot a narcissists quickly once you are awakened. a life saving skill if you mistakenly chose a narcissists partner. they will ruin your life.

I'm really sorry if this sounds like a silly question but as a single mum with my children still living at home with me so not alone as such does that prevent awakening process as I said sorry if this is a silly question only not being in a relationship and not having friends around is not a problem I've been alone most of the time anyway even when I had "a relationship" but my children are young and as I said In my care any information would be greatly appreciated as I've been doing a lot of inner work and reflection and releasing and meditation and more thank you love light peace and blessings to all 🙏
