This really is like no other car... I'm not sure why other cars can't design cars like this but you can see EVERYTHING over the hood, there's no doubt if you'll hit anything because you can see the exact distance; it's a very good outdoor vehicle, and exterior is super solid metal.

I love it, own a G63 AMG and I call it my baby tank, you feel so protected while you are driving in it. It also looks good in white and black and all around it is a wonderful car to drive everyday.

Great review mate! The quality keeps improving! I think I'm going to do a review of my own car soon on my channel, but it seems pretty hard to make a good one.

I'm really curious, how is this thing coping with drag and wind noise, especially at freeway speeds? I'd imagine its top speed is nothing to write home about, but from a daily driving perspective is wind noise not an issue? Oh and PLEASE don't listen to any of the haters and keep doing exactly what you do! We love it!

Almost positive you watched Chris Fronzak's "Living with a G Wagon" video from last week. He said one thing he liked about it was that the doors locking sounds like a sniper rifle as well.

From where I am from the G wagon is pretty common, my brother wants it so badly it's his dream car, and what I like is some garages can change the shape of the G500 to look like a G63 it comes with the brake disks and calipers from AMG but the engine remains the same and even the exhaust you can even look up some 06 08 models for 20K $ from where I am fix it for 20 more and change it's look for 2K $ so a total of 42K and you look like a rich guy when you're not XDD

try driving a landcruiser 200 V8 petrol. they are really capable offroad, they are toyotas so parts are cheap and they work for 20+ years no problem just service them for cheap and own them till around 400k miles.

Love the videos guys, I'm a big fan of the channel. However I gotta disagree with you on this one. Mercedes drive train aside, the g wagon is a thin tin box. Here in canada the price on them is ridiculously inflated too...$200,000 is way too much for these things! Especially when there are vehicles out there that are far better at doing what the g wagon does (and should do) for far less money. That being said, considering how Mercedes depreciate faster than a used condom, buying a used one would be far better value. Being the hypocrite that I must be, I still want to see more videos on it! Keep up the good work guys!

The reason people love the G-Wagon is because its a tank. don't care about it being so "luxurious" and the interior doesn't flow like the S-Class. you get it because you don't care and want people to stare at you
