I’m a Ridgeline owner and I love this truck. I’ve been waiting for a big redesign but so far there’s no proof that Honda will redesign the Ridgeline for 2025. Could you provide from where you’re getting this information? Thank you

Oh heck no. Please don't Stick the Infotainment Screen ON TOP OF THE DASH like every other freaking thing out there ! Incorporate the larger Infotainment Screen INTO THE DASH, so it looks like part of the vehicle, not an engineering After thought .... PLEASE !

Our 2005 has 267K now. Engine purrs and it shifts like new.

I’ve been a Ridgeline owner for 14 years. I currently own a 2014 Sport with 95,000 miles (bought it new). It runs like a champ with only basic maintenance and a new battery. Blue book has it at 14k but I think it’s worth 17k-18k all day long. A cool redesign might make me pull the trigger! I’ve also been looking at the Nissan Frontier Pro Max, it’s a good looking truck.

10 speed vs 9 equals nothing. New stuff usually breaks. Outward appearance and interior don’t matter much. Needs more ground clearance. More skid plates that are metal, not plastic. Like them but come on Honda.

People pick on it for not being a real truck. I find it funny, Ram and now Toyota offers the IRS for a better ride. Honda needs to strengthen the frame, and maybe add a couple of cross members to improve payload and towing. It'll use the 3.5. Bump it up to Acura's specs or more. I wouldn't mind premium gas if it topped 300 hp and a better torque curve.

How reliable with the variable valve timing and doesn’t the 2024 have the cylinder deactivation? Thought I heard this. I just want the v6, none of this complicated garbage that cause loss of reliability.

I would trade in my 23 if the new truck looked that good. Obviously this is someone’s rendering of what it could look like but job well done by them. A hybrid would also be great if course.

There won't be a redesign for 2025. But you may get it 2026 and announced by the end of 2025.

Don't fix what isn't broken. Look at GM and Ford's endless pickup recalls. Apple has done a number on the younger generation by convincing them all products need a couple dozen whizbang new electronic upgrades every year or it is somehow obsolete. One of the reasons why new vehicles are so expensive.

the truck may be good, there is a problem with the service workshops, they are not trained in the technology of that truck.this is what happens to me, they cannot fix the problems with my truck

I'm willing to bet that the look will be a 2026 or 2027 model. Honda CRV changed the look in Europe 2 years before it came to the US and they just redid the passport and pilot. It'll be 2 years before they change the Ridgeline.

Honda let us down again. This year the Ridgeline has no redesign. You can see it in the Honda website. Same jerky 9 speed and 3.5 engine with VCM. I am going to a different manufacturer

@@rockcreekrockcreek6644 sorry, it is not the best vehicle made. Now it might be good but the best. No. I had a 2019 and it was at the shop all the time for one thing or another. Best one was when the mirror fell off and damaged the side of my Ridgeline and Honda agreed to replace the mirrors but they did not want to fix the damaged door. They finally fixed it when the pressure was put on. Now how stupid is it to put low beam LED and high beam halogen headlights. Ridgeline and Passport are the only vehicles in Honda line like this. My opinion is Honda is cheaping out and trying to use up all the part they have in inventory.

@@Timberdam There is no vehicle made without cons. I know that but I have had a Second Gen Ridgeline. Make sure you buy an aftermarket VCM muzzler to eliminate the cylinder delete. The lost of about 1 MPH is worth it

As long as it retains a rubber timing belt and cylinder deactivation, no thanks.

Timing belt engines are way less complicated and reliable due to less moving parts than chain engines Just do the maintenance and it’ll last

I had a 2017 and now a 2023. The 2017 did not look as good as the 2023; but it was better. Honda has been force feeding electronic nannies down your throat. It still is under powered and the software is horrible. enuf said.
