CAM isn’t really negotiable, at least in most cases. The only time we’ve been able to negotiate any of those expenses was when a ground floor tenant had elevator expense in their CAM. Obviously, they and their customers wouldn’t be using that so we got it out. You can often cap annual CAM increases but they’re expenses for running the property
