I find that once I establish that I want a Godly man and establish that sex is for marriage the men are not willing to even take me on a date or get to know me. I also find that I don't know how to heal and counselling does not help.

Find a new therapist if the current one is not working. If they’re primarily using CBT as therapy mode then look into things like somatic therapy, IFS, etc.
Why would a sensible lady who knows what she wants, stick around and waste her time with a man who doesn't know what he wants? Women need to stop watering down their standards for men.
Marriage isn't for all. Being compatible in work ethics. family, expectations etc. is absolutely necessary to have a chance at a successful relationship. If you find love once, you're blessed.
