Make it this change: -turn your flora density mid or low. Believe me, you will not feel any change. But it will make your game run smoothly -change your real time reflection of rain off and realstic drops off. Actually it will give you more realistic experience of rain drops and better game play. - turn on gas pedal sensitivity maximum so gas pedal works much better. -every truck has different performance. So if you try using the best engine and gearbox in the marketplace it will not make your truck best everytime. Some trucks for small cargos and high speed, somes long road and light weights, some for super high weight and close roads... so choose and modify yout truck for one of them. Not make any truck for all of these performances because you cant make it balance. You will either crash or stuck on roads

Bro virtual mirror is must when you cruising @150kmph. Its very complicated to move neck in right side.... It causes imbalance @such speed ...
