LOVE simplicity! As a coma survivor and disabled lung person (who is determined to fully heal) time and energy are precious to me and simplicity is the only way I could work. Brilliant examples and strategies Sunny. One thing for beginners I do recommend is to take your re-purpose strategy to use the other social platforms to promote your weekly YT main content video and then scale that effort back as your channel starts to get momentum. It will also give the search engines the hint that viewers are coming from other places so your video must be interesting and therefore worthy of them promoting for them. Just don't overload yourself. Do as Sunny suggests and keep things simple and your intention focused on your client results. The BIGGEST of big hugs! 🤗

what do U recommend as the best ways to do that essential 'research' on your prospects ? FB groups? what other efficient methods are there to get to speak to people live ?
Facebook groups are an amazing resource but, not the only one. Where do your ideal clients spend time? Are they in the comments of RU-vid videos on the subject that you teach? Are they on LinkedIn replying or sharing articles that are related to your niche? Are they on Instagram commenting on pictures from creators that are in a similar industry as you. Know your ideal client and learn where they spend time ... then be there to help them and start conversations.
Top video ... The problem is my content for the video takes at least 10 days to make and it's super intense "all out" work, so it's almost impossible to produce content every 14 days like a machine if I want to produce top quality "online product" that people would enjoy. When you're making "advice videos" you can create two or more videos per day if you want (if you know what you're talking about), but I like doing the work I do, so it will take a lot more time to get to a top spot, but I'm getting there slowly building my specific fan base with "clear intent of the channel misson" and I think I'll get there, maybe not so fast, but eventually ... I have another channel (my first youtube channel) where I have one video that exploded with views but it didn't help because (as you said) I have a tutti frutti stuff on that channel so it's a mess without focus and resoults. My second channel was ment to be like somekind of "legacy channel" were I uploaded my past "specific" creations, with no expectations of having any success, yet one of my video was suddenly gaining views and I was more then surprised. I knew "the product" was hard to make (music), but I didn't expect any views ... So now I have almost 200 subscribers (thats a lot, yeah:)), but they are all people that love a specific content, so I won't make the same mistake second time around and upload some random videos on this channel ... We'll see what happenns, I'll wait until I hit 1000 and more subs, then I will consider myself "the real deal" to push the project forward more intensly ... But as I said, I can't make two videos per week, so quality before quantity is my motto ... Thanks Sunny for 80% confirming what I already knew, and for that 20% of golden tips, mailing list etc. 👍👍👍
