I am on a temporary contract and has been for the same employment agency for 8 months and my annual salary is 29k however because I am on daily rate sometimes my weekly pay is less if I don't work or there's a bank holiday. My question is can I still apply for spouse visa or i am likely to get refused?
Your total gross income from employment held throughout the 6-month period, divided by 6, multiplied by 12 = Income from non-salaried employment that can be counted towards the financial requirement.
If they have exceptional circumstances such as children etc then yes. You can also combine two different jobs or rely on solely on cash savings or savings plus job. How much is your per annum income?
