I struggled with Writer's Block -- on and off -- for a couple years. Now that I've learned and tried so much more with my 2nd rewrite since the past 7 months, I recently discovered it was mostly caused by Root Cause #4. And with the Reverse Outline, even drafting is a lot faster now! I know you don't like writing sprints, but they actually help me (personally) focus & make the most of my writing time. :)

I’m so glad that you found tools to push through the block! #4 seems to be really common and also really difficult to solve. It takes working on it even while discouraged and trying new things until something clicks. I dealt with this a ton last year until I rewrote mine too. And no hate to sprints! I know they’re super helpful for a lot of people. My brain chemistry isn’t wired for them, but I love to see people actually finding time to write by using them.
