Is it compulsory to buy pen tab/digitizer before going to training? How many demos do we have to give using pen tab? Can't we give in a regular chalk-duster board? Specially those who are taking training from 10th July plz reply.

I got to know that one can resign only in jan/feb after completion of two years. What is the length of notice period. In total when will we be able to leave aakash without breaching contract (if join in july) ?
My training is still going on so I can only tell about training and I don't know how life would be as faculty. Training is really good , the guide is very knowledgeable and experienced and you feel like you are learning something new everyday and here at training centre they treat you like adult (it's very different feeling). I will make video when I will join as faculty.

Sir, I am selected for mathematics faculty, and in starting joining date is in July, now they shifted joining in October. And this is specific for mostly mathematics faculty only? so is there any specific reason for that?

If you have 2+ year experience there is walk in written+demo going on at different centre but I suppose you want join as fresher ,akash institute do campus recruitment, if they didn't come in your college you can check their website in currier section and send your resume. You can do the same for other coaching institute as well. Talking about selection process, there will be first written, then 10-15min demo presentation, hr round if you did well in demo then you don't need to worry they will select you.

During probation, yes you can apply all type of leave available ( except earned leave) . In training it's difficult to get leave , unless you are very sick.

I have been posted at Ranchi centre. My experience till has been good. But experiences depend centre to centre and your academic head at that centre. I haven't been assigned any classes yet, i just practice, make lecture plans basically practice own my own , my AH is also good so till next session (April) it's like honeymoon period for me. BUT it's not the case with everyone, my friends at other centre have to take regular some are feeling it's too hectic as fresher. So if you planning to join ,in initial period your life could be very hectic or everything can go very smoothly. Overall life is fun as teacher, salary is on-time, it's always fun interacting with student.

Not possible if you don't reach atleast ranji level before completing college. Nowadays people are reaching IPL level at the age of 19. By the time you complete colg you will be 22-23 and cricket will be out of the scene
