I would tell myself to move teams earlier. Don’t take too long to sit in a team where you are too comfortable. Learning happens when you are uncomfortable.
1,2,3 Take action! It's so easy to have good ideas and motivation but that gets washed away and the next day comes over and over again. Take immediate action and compounding growth will really start to show its self. Like your channel. I've had a very eventful 2022: 1) I achieved 40% higher profit that my assigned target in my previous workplace. 2) I moved to another bank, with larger corporations as customers, and at a higher position. 3) I started a side hustle as a group fitness instructor. My advice to my January 2022 self would be: Don't be scared or anxious about the future. There is higher regret from not trying, than failing ☺️
“Don’t Box yourself in” is something I’ve come to realize so strongly. How important it is to know your worth and believe in yourself no matter who you’re around and how far in life they maybe than you. It’s important to trust yourself, know your worth and know what you bring to them table as well. You’re right that type of understanding can only come from within yourself!

I either can't relate or the things they talk about to a certain extent don't align with the british financial systems. I am finding your content so helpful and so inspirational. I am from a working class family, and it feels like certain levels of success are either not acheivable or wrong to apsire to.
0:50 For majority of my life, I've lived knowing I do more with tight deadlines. So much so, it's what I measured my payment on with freelance gigs (quick turnaround requested, more money charged). Recently I was given a long project timeline for the first time in my career. I don't think I accomplished as much, aside from tinkering in 3D software longer and exporting iterations that never made the cut. I used to think my "gift" of working amazingly under pressure was a curse, but really it just needs some management with more personal deadlines. Another gem tip here!

I can say for sure you´re a gem to this community for your insight on the growth of the younger generation. I can relate as well to your point about the experience with criticism/feedback for what you believe in from others. Criticism is constant even when we´re doing something good for ourselves and others, as long as our emotions remain constant we don't need to fluctuate our feelings towards opinions. Nischa, thank you for your entertaining observations. I'm a little disappointed though that you did not mention inflation at all. Perhaps because I suffered through this in the 1960s- 1990s, it is something you need to be very aware of and take the proper course of actions: **** LEARN to USE inflation to make you rich! (as opposed to letting it make you poorer)*** If there aren't any current books, you may have to go back to the oil embargo days to get guidance. Good luck, Nischa, you're great!
Hello Nischa - I discovered your channel recently may be 3 to4 weeks ago - may be one of my sons in his early 20 is following you!. Well never mind - I am in my late 50s - initially you looked like 23 to me - but I am sure you are older judging by the subjects you are exploring. I find your videos and content very much inspiring, educational and feel like you have all the values I would admire. I learn a lot from your videos especially pushing for planning things to get them done etc and also yout progression using this technology - just noted your Subscription has jumped to nearly 68,000.This is a fantastic achievement in just 12 months. Well done//;:,. Even at my age you are inspiring me to make You TubeVideos of my own! Lots of people I know always asks me to goon the You Tube with my views and start a channel. Very impressive Nischa! Accidentally found your vids when i was exploring value of creating a YT channel. From the thumbnail, I thought it was a young Padma Lakshmi (I'm sure you get that a lot 😀). Some background...I have a similar history/profile, and have similar goals and passions as you. However, I'm a guy in my 40s and a bit further along in my goals, and thus I honestly didn't expect to learn anything new (esp give your age and stage of life)...but I found myself watching all of them with rapt attention and taking notes!! Very very impressed with what you have done here. 1) Love the ~8 min or less format, brevity is key, and you get to the point fast, 2) Well researched, you have actual books/authors to back up your points (and not just 'cause you think it's cool) 3) It's an organized flow of thoughts with an outline. I do have some other comments, thoughts and questions, but I'll have to figure another format to get those to you. this comment is too long as it is. But again fabulous! Happy 2023!

Great plan, sounds like you're on route right path to success. Expressing views in front of more experienced people-protect boundaries. Engaging in conversations where shouldn't have. 80% of your results come from 20% of actions. Which bank gives 4%? :) yes you are spot on and investing in an index fund is much better than your cash sitting in a bank and they make a lot of money from your money. All the best :)
