Tanks NEED infantry support. Especially when defending, every game I defend in a position that is dominant for defense I'm flanked by outposts and AT. Enemy squads work to take us out. Yet NO friendly squads work to defend us. Unfortunately this happens way too much. If your not harrasing the command chat for infantry support you will be flanked eventually. It can be a real shame that the infantry don't show the support to us tankers but we're always showing it to them
Reminds of my one time playing War Thunder. Playing the T-55A and my team just formed a column and blitzed through the middle of the map. The moment we ran into someone, it was in the middle of a village so the lead three stopped and engaged while everyone else just split and drove down side streets to keep moving. It was just a cool moment.
Once had a column of 3 Sherman's one being 76, and we worked in sync and went into combat and got fury'd IRL realistically, a panther killed 76 first, shot other tank and basically knocked it out and shot us and destroyed u instantly and the commander was extremely disappointed the entire column was dead.
Most of the time when one tries to do this in pubs you'll get flamed in local for killstealing or something other petty reason. This is very rare indeed.
@FrogmanUS Yeah, I hear this game is going downhill fast. I want to get into it, but teamwork with randoms just does not exist in modern gaming in my experience.
@@psychobeam99 I hear yea, a lot of the times no one is using mics and are just smashing the sprint button to point. But then you get a good moment like this and it keeps you craving for more. I’ve hard a lot of great experiences in this game to make it worth playing
@FrogmanUS Right on, man. Well, as long as you enjoy it. I myself have had to take a step back from multi-player PVP games for now. It's just too stressful trying to give it your all just for your team to hand you a loss. But I've been doing it for many years so maybe it's burnout.
@@bruhism173 they could cross concertina wire but then it wouldnt be that it just passes thru like nothing is there and then infantry could also pass over since it would be destroyed

Depends what your using it for. The panther is really fun when your being aggressive and flanking which is my preferred tank to use. If I’m on a defensive situation I’ll call in a tiger
