2012-2015 center consoles were the best mechanical gauges made for the V. The 2016-19 had the full electric gauges that you can seap between a couple of looks or designs but on that one the best is the odometer in the middle with the mechanical speedo to one side and the digital underneath. I love them both! I just paid off the coupe and got the 19 in January keeping them both until the lord comes for me! Coupe came with 556/551 now has 707/701 the sedan still stock at 640/630. Looking forward to adding 800 to the coupe and probably 1000hp on the sedan!!!
I have a 2012 tricoat mettalic one love it so much that I put a built 11.25:1 compression lsa with 2.45" pulley in my 74 nova with glass packs. .....sounds wicked!!!! I get compliments on it every time I take it out!!! $
So crazy that I came across this post man. My exact situation. Had an all white AWD 3SS 68k original miles with a stroked out LS2 on e85, BTR stage 4 cam, and a 150 shot of haul ass in it, I loved it. The v is my literal favorite now, the TBSS is cool but it’s heavy as hell. You’re missing out Julio
Thanks bro, not to ask a whole bunch of questions but there isnt a lot of information out there for this topic. I am a coupe owner myself. Was the badges on the grill tough to take off? Any tips? By the way, I am stealing your style on the emblems! Im not blacking them but i love the look!
@@AMGEVAN No problem man. And I'm not sure about removing the factory grille emblem, to be honest. My grille is an ebay blackout aftermarket one. The badge has 3M adhesive on it. But myself and others, JB weld a zip tie to the back of the badge and zip tie it to the center (so it won't fall off). I had a V1 and done the same thing with it. Got an aftermarket grille and the same badge. But I JB welded it directly to the grille
This is a long video, but it's full of lots of information you'll wanna know looking into buying one ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-E_0AdAAtjT8.html
Mine had a problem with the center console dying on me. Had to replace the fuse block above the battery to permanently fix it. But she drinks gas heavily. Other than that, no major issues
As for rear space youre also wrong! Theyre all the same inside the only difference is the head space as the coupe swoops down sharply taking away some headroom but still at 6ft or shorter youd fit fine. Its got more legroom space than mustangs, camaros or chargers! Which are all coupes
I find it hard to imagine a normal person complaining about something as utterly trivial and irrelevant to a car as an infotainment system as if it's more important than the fact the car *has no gearstick* but I'm Bri'ish, so what the hell do I know.
The technology has matured a lot since the V2 days. My TRD Camry even automatically applies the parking brake everytime I shift into park. The V2 is a car that feels like it needs a manual handbrake. I feel like it's more fitting for supercharged LS power RWD haha
