I’m off to pick up my Daytona grey, 2016 S5 B8.5, this morning. An amazing find - it has 20k on the clock! One careful owner, mint condition. And here’s the kicker - I had a brain tumour back in 2018 and haven’t been able to drive since. Got my license back on Monday after the doc gave me the all clear back in October 2022! This car was sent to me by the Universe! And I will have a smile on my face every single time I drive her.

I loved my B8.5 S4. Sadly the B9 lost me and I’m a B58 fan now (tuning). But the EA837 is a special power plant! 5. Quattro 4. Sleeper 3. Those alcantara/leather sport seats 2. The tune-ability (333hp stock to 440hp on a 93 file is awesome!) . . . 1. Angry supercharger noises. My 340i would body my old S4 now in anything but a dig race to 60 (460rwhp on 93 file, 500rwhp on e50). But I still loved my S4. Really superb package.

This helped me out with choosing my used A5 Sportback 2017-2018... because I was not too fond of the stock wheels (rims they call them?) but seems like you also got after market rims with a detachable Audi-plate in the middle. Definitely will do that when I get the car! What kinda mileage does yours have and does it bring any issues with it? I'm looking to spend 25-35k (in €) and 50 000 - 120 000 miles used.

the 3.0SC is one of the best engines of the decade. Audi put it in so many of their cars for several years: S4, S5, Q5, SQ5, A6, A7. All tuned to different levels. HIghest I think they had it was 354HP for the SQ5. And clearly, that is barely half the potential of the engine.

I'm leasing a 2020 Civic right now but tbh I really really really want one of these. I've heard nothing but good things about the engine and I wanna own my next car - not lease - because mods. Part of me feels like I might be taking an L for going back a decade but idk I guess I should go test drive a few. Kinda already sold. Car looks amazing. Pretty much love everything about it. Contemplating if I wanna go manual.

The Sportback is more practical and overall the better option imo. I have 4 cylinder, 225 hp A5 Sportback which i will replace with an S5 at some point in the future. This beauty deserves to sound as good as it looks. The S5 Supercharged is the perfect balance between power and practically for s daily drivable car.

My friend had me drive his B8 S5 around town picking up wheels and tires, full set of 18 inch wheels and 255/40/18 tires fit in it I have no clue how 😂 could barely fit four tires in my A4

You should get the Porsche Macan calipers they’re a direct fit and they save a hell of a lot of weight

Hi kev really like your chanel, i want to buy a s5 this summer as my first car. But and i want the v6 s5 and i wonder is it just the looks that is diffrent between a v6 from 2011 if you comper to a 2013 modle? Thanks in beforehand lots of love from sweden!

The 2013 is facelifted, and the V6 has much more performance potential than the V8's from 2008-2012. I appreciate the compliment! The interior is also much better in my opinion. I would go for a 2013 if you can for sure.

@@redbullrambo_354 MMI have new graphics and more features, updated engine and transmission parts, turn signal new shape, transmission leveler updated, buttons re-arranged, 8 to 4 buttons now, interior materials sightly better.

What mileage are you at? Seriously considering one soon, I’m telling myself I don’t want to get into one over 40k miles because I drive over 20k a year. I know these are reliable but I’d probably have it for 6+ years and I’m not sure what mileage I should look at getting one.

Audi claims 5.1 for the s5. My s5 has an ABT ECU tuning and Im on 435HP best time I did was 0-100khm as 4.4

How low with the springs? Stuck between eibach pro kit and super sport... crappy roads here. I heard eibach has much better ride compared to H&R!

Supersports drop the car around 1.75-2 inches I believe... H&R Sport are a perfect option in my opinion at 1.5ish drop

Have a 14 Estoril S5 premium plus, sport diff nappa leather. She’s my baby. Love her to death. Just had a full front to end service. All fluids + valve seals. Timeless design, ages like fine wine. Interior is sex af. Power and performance A++. Mega future modern classic/collectors car. B8.5 was the last great Audi 🙌🙌
