Josh, thanks for another laugh. Can’t agree more, went to Ireland a few years ago with my Dad & brother, had a blast! So many friendly experiences. I think it’s because they’re not afraid to talk to strangers. We had folk talk to us in every pub, and most parks, restaurants, streets, everywhere. Just being friendly. I’ve met wonderful people all over Europe, but the Irish are especially welcoming.
Texan here. I’ve been to some really beautiful places, Western Canada, the south of France, the Tuscany Valley in Italy; but (not to sound all new age-ey) but no other place moved me the way Ireland did. I finally understood the depth of feeling in all those old immigrant songs pining for home. And the people were just lovely. My screen name sounds male but I’m a woman and the best surprise was how much more handsome Irish men are than Englishmen. 😉
Och, nae so fast. The Americans you see are majority well-to-do's who dont bloody care about nothin but themselves. See it all the time and what gives Americans a bad name. Trust me when I say, plenty of us old bloods show proper respect and understand Ireland just fine and long to be there some day.

Yes, County Clare is fantastic. Now I'm a Dub but between Lahinch, the pollock holes, the cliffs, loop head, the burren, the Ailwee caves and then the lovely Mary holy well up in the mountains with all the photos, its just fantastic.👍

I like this dude, I got into him after his first Irish sports video and he seems to be in love with our sports and country now, I always had a thought in the back of my mind that if America had adopted hurling as a sport a hundred years ago it would have passed soccer in the terms of global franchises 50 years ago.

I loved it when I went to Ireland even though my mom slipped on sheep shit by the seashore broke her leg at the first 24 hours we still had the time of our lives and the people are so kind oh and I had to learn this the hard way by laughing in a really pretty Irish girls face when she asked if I wanted to go to the Disco it means a dancer or concert over there they're not talking about hahaha Staying Alive Staying Alive I regret that decision to this day

Did you check out the Rock of Cassel? It is an amazing castle. My ancestors lived there a very long time ago. Now it did not look the same back then. It's current look is based upon more British designs. It is beautiful though. I can not wait for it to be fully restored!
Lol Ireland 🇮🇪 is the only place I have ever really wanted to go outside of the USA but it’s “hellaspensive”. So I will have to wait till I get an inheritance or something 😂.
