I have been suffering from ADHD (inattentive type) since I was a child, and as I grow up it became more difficult for me to handle things like organizing my stuff , not finishing what I started and I often tend to forget to do important errands. When I watched your episode of “Life update, week 4 at home vlog” about a month ago. I noticed that you were using a planner and how you use it to make ‘to do list’... So I got inspired and tried to used the planner that was sitting in my cabinet for a year already and made my own to do list. I started April 23 and up until now I’m still using it! Thank you so much for inspiring me I know it’s not a big deal, but for me it is! I am actually forced to do and finished what I have input on my planner because it was like a written commandment that I have to abide lol anw please don’t stop showing the real you and your vlogs shows how intelligent and passionate you are about your craft.
