It's a sensitive topic. But as per Vedanta, a plant based diet is ideal for spiritual progress. The other philosophies like Tantra, etc., differ on this. 🙂🙏

Hi, It is upto us. We can decide what kind of a life we want to live. I can understand in some situations, forgiving someone might be really hard but we need to forgive not because they deserve forgiveness, but because we deserve peace.
