Listen here, Stardew Valley Is Absolutly Massive.. This Game is big, and it's going to get even bigger with the lates 1.6 Update. I mean some of us DO have corpo jobs irl and can’t afford spending 8 hrs in front of the computer picking berries in vidya game 😂 a game instantly goes from good to great if it allows you to match your playstyle to your lifestyle.

Ironically, the joja playthrough is more relaxing and easygoing because lets you not worry about maximizing diversity and collecting a ton of specific different items. You can better build your farm the way you want.

Well not all of us wants to maximaize the living heck out of stardew valley 😊, so take your time and enjoy the game. Remember theres is not a wrong way to play stardew.

I've been playing bloodborne, elden ring and stardew valley the last couple months. Stardew valley is the polar opposite of those games in so many ways I never realized lol

@@nignamedmutt7270 and thats fine. It is best to play the great games, not just 1 genre. Also I reccomend from the casual side Dave the Diver, very fun aswell, but not so long as stardew. I have 300hours on Stardew, 20 hours max on Dave

Slime hutch can get you slime eggs which can be sold so it isn't useless.

while that is true, you can easily get them from farming slimes anyways, as long as you have already built a slime hutch, you can get the eggs at any time even when the slime hutch is destroyed.

@@julie.or.whatever that’s actually the point. You take the slime and put it into a slime press. It can turn into green, blue, red, and purple eggs (in increasing selling price and rarity order)

Like I don't wanna feel like I have to use ancient fruit or starfruit he acts like there's a certain way to play.

Don’t sleep on slime hutches guys! The slime eggs are quite a nice passive income. The minimum being a green slime egg which sells for 1000g each

@@Tierneil 1. Slimes are free 2. You can breed better slimes that spawn more expensive eggs 3. You don't need to raise friendship 4. There's no limit to how many you can have and you never need to buy multiple buildings 5. Even if it's less efficient, it's still fun and different from the other ways of making money

I just build the slime hutch to trigger the cutscene where slimes will start to drop eggs, and then I make more from selling iridium slime eggs via combat, not raising slimes. The slime hutch is very space consuming

And also sheep makes more money than rabbits too. Max heart with rancher skill yearly earns 1m.96k with 12 sheep. 2m.193k with 24 sheep.

@@o0XSpretty sure all of the barn animals make more than all of the coop animals with the exceptions of ostriches and golden chickens, which are two VERY late game animals. Golden chicken even later game than ostriches. But, I'm pretty sure the whole point was that barn animals are supposed to make more money than coop animals with the drawback of barns taking up more space than coops, and being more expensive to purchase in the first place.

@johngeraldbaylosis9109 It's either 2 barns of sheep or a loom factory of yellow couches. But the yellow couch doesn't stack, and it's too much back n forth grabbing them. Purple wool is worth more than cloth. Am selling wool for money, not to decorate.

The slime hutch is pretty useful if you have a slimejack fish pond because they request 20 slime and you can use the slimeballs (🤨) to save time

look im not gonna defend the hutch in terms of profits because the size it takes etc etc definitely not worth it when it comes to earning moneys but i like it anyway. i dont need money, i need my slime friends. slime hugssss

Goats are way better for cheese. If you have casks, they mature from normal to gold in 14 days. Personally I only use the gold ones to reduce the time to 7 days. Regular ones already give me nice coin over cow cheese. You also only need to get milk every other day, giving you more time to do other stuff. I already replaced and sold all my cows due to that.

Pigs are absolute winners between animals. They give 3x1491=4473g per day if they have 5 hearts and it's not rainy or winter

keep in mind that forager proffesion yields iridium quiality truffles and sometimes double harvest, which is huge

once you fall down the hole of trying to maximize everything in Stardew the game becomes so stressful lol. I feel like I spent more time just babying all my money making crops and jars..and kegs..that I couldn't even enjoy the game. The days would be already halfway over. Im going to try to take my time doing things more now. I wasted a few years in game just trying to squeeze out as much money as I could by maximizing xD

I literally have to unlearn how to make money in the game. Honestly it ruins the fun/immersion for me, maxing everything by yr 2, it's just not fun for me. All to their own ofc, but yeah, imma just create cute pathways and yell at Marnie's out of hours notes each week 3:

Id like to point out that wood ammount is luck dependent so the early days of cleaning up your farm where you're spending all your stamina on trees it is good to use your first few good luck days on trees because you need a lot of that stuff also fishing on a good luck day isn't a bad idea till you get the Neptune's glaive I never even enter the mines without it it carries you all the way through Ice caves 😅

My first playthrough was with only minimal outside knowledge being utilized. I looked up fish, and how to marry one of the bachelors, and after 15 years the locations of the missing walnuts. Oh, and if there really wasn't a weapon available stronger than my Lava Katana😅. Staircases had been deemed as completely useless in the mines, and abruptly forgotten. It didn't even occur to me to use them in the Skull cavern...

you can trade jades for staircases in the desert, and having jade farm means you can simply skip any level in the skull cavern

Tbh I think rabbits are better than pigs. 1, they are cuter. 2, the rabbits feet are universally loved gifts (except for penny) 3, the wool can be turned into cloth which is used for clothes and for their things
