instead of saying that you left because of poor leadership, which is dising your past employer, consider saying that you left to seek a company with strong leadership with a clear vision.
Managers only do meetings to micro manager. Most meetings aren't necessary. They just ask their team what they did that whole week and it's pretty much the same answer from their people in every meeting. Meetings are an indirect way to micro manage. Meetings should be only for changes or need to address something important. We don't need to know that a customer gave you a cheap tip.
